About the Project:

The project is a global healthtech platform focused on remote patient monitoring, connected care, clinical research, and AI-powered healthcare.

The company’s products support healthcare programs across 70+ countries and are used by major global life sciences organizations.

You will join a mature, long-term product that continues to grow while giving designers significant ownership over discovery, user research, and product decisions.
 

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry.
• Work with patients, clinicians, internal stakeholders, Product, and Engineering teams to identify real user problems.
• Synthesize research findings into clear problem statements, user journeys, and actionable product decisions.
• Own the full design process from discovery and early concepts through prototyping, validation, and production-ready specifications.
• Create clear user flows, interaction states, and design documentation for engineers.
• Prototype and iterate quickly, including using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
• Work closely with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure the final product matches the intended experience.
• Design simple and intuitive solutions for complex healthcare workflows.
• Consider accessibility, patient safety, clinical requirements, and regulatory constraints throughout the design process.
• Present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Product Design / UX/UI Design experience
• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Figma
• Proven experience personally conducting user interviews and usability testing
• Strong end-to-end product design ownership, from discovery through implementation
• 1+ year of practical experience using AI tools in design workflows
• Ability to work independently and drive problems to completion with minimal supervision
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
