Product Designer / UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and work on our CRM system and trading platform.

In this role, you will design complex web interfaces, including dashboards, tables, forms, settings, workflows, and other data-heavy product areas. We are looking for someone who can go beyond visual design, understand user needs and product requirements, identify problems, and turn them into clear and intuitive solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve UX/UI for our CRM system and trading platform.
• Design dashboards, tables, forms, settings, workflows, and other complex interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate product requirements into clear and user-friendly design solutions.
• Consider all relevant UI states, edge cases, and user scenarios.
• Prepare clean, detailed, and development-ready designs in Figma.
• Maintain and improve the existing design system, components, and UI patterns.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Frontend Developers.
• Handoff designs to developers and support the implementation process.
• Review the implemented UI and identify inconsistencies with the approved designs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the user experience.
• Contribute to improving the design-to-development process.
• Use AI tools where they can improve design speed, quality, or workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing complex web products.
• Advanced Figma skills: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Libraries, and Prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles.
• Experience designing dashboards, tables, forms, workflows, and interfaces with large amounts of data.
• Experience working with and maintaining Design Systems.
• Good understanding of responsive web design.
• Understanding of basic frontend principles and technical limitations.
• Ability to create development-ready designs and provide clear handoffs to developers.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ability to review implemented interfaces and identify UI/UX inconsistencies.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, documentation, or workflow optimization is a plus.
