About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will join our stream-aligned Agents team and use extensive experience to thoughtfully improve our AI Agents products and provide excellent user experience for our customers. You'll lead product design at SkinnyRx end-to-end — from defining the problem and shaping the product direction to shipping polished UI.

This is a Lead Product Design role with a strong UI focus. You'll set the bar for visual craft across the product while working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Head of Product and executive team on what we build, why we build it, and how it comes to life.

AI is deeply embedded in how we work. You'll use it across the entire design process — from exploration and content generation to prototyping and production.

What you'll do

• Own product design end-to-end across the SkinnyRx app and web — from problem definition and UX flows to final shipped UI
• Set and evolve the visual design bar for the product, creating a cohesive, high-quality experience across onboarding, patient dashboards, intake, billing, and content surfaces
• Partner directly with the Head of Product and executive team to shape product direction, prioritize opportunities, and turn ideas into shipped experiences
• Generate and art-direct AI-produced content — product imagery, illustration, lifestyle photography, micro-animations, and video — at a quality that feels intentional and distinctly SkinnyRx
• Prototype interactively — in Figma when precision matters and in code via AI tools when realism and speed matter
• Build systems and patterns that let the team move quickly without sacrificing craft or consistency

• Partner closely with engineering, copy, and marketing through tight, iterative shipping cycles

   

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in product design, with experience owning meaningful consumer product experiences end-to-end
• A standout UI portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and shipped consumer work
• Strong product judgment — you can move beyond executing requirements and help determine what should be built and why
• The ability to operate independently and lead through the work, bringing back thoughtful options rather than blockers
• Deep, daily use of AI throughout your workflow, including:
  • Imagery & video: Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Kling, Nano Banana
  • Code prototyping: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex
  • Design & production: Figma AI, MCP-based workflows

• Comfort moving between product thinking, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and production details

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Design and maintain the Merchant Portal and Backoffice: dashboards, transactions, balances, settlements, onboarding, tables, filters and forms
• Cover complete flows: responsive behavior, permissions, loading, empty, error and edge states
• Audit and improve the existing product
• Own and evolve the Figma design system: components, variants, tokens and documentation
• Work directly with the engineering and C-level team from problem definition through to launch
• Review implemented results in the browser
• Improve the landing page and future product pages
• Create presentations, diagrams and other visual materials as needed
• Use AI tools in everyday design work
   

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• 5+ years in Product Design or UX/UI
• Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B, SaaS or fintech products
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, forms, multi-step workflows
• Strong visual craft: typography, composition, spacing, hierarchy and color
• Expert-level Figma
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Ability to turn incomplete requirements into concrete solutions
• Experience working closely with engineers and reviewing implemented results
• Practical use of AI tools in your design process

• Confident English reading and listening; spoken English is a plus

About the Role 

We are looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital solutions that help farmers and agribusinesses make better decisions. Our digital product aims to simplify complex agricultural data into actionable insights, making UX design a central element of the product lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

User Research & Insights 

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to understand user goals, pain points, and workflows. 
• Translate research insights into actionable artifacts and clearly defined product and UX requirements.  
• Contribute to product hypothesis definition and strategic decision-making. 

Interaction & Visual Design 

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms. 
• Create user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs. 
• Ensure designs are intuitive, visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with the company’s design standards.  

Prototyping & Validation 

• Build interactive prototypes to validate product hypotheses. 
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings. 
• Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.  

Collaboration 

• Work closely with developers, and agronomy experts to integrate UX design into product implementation. 
• Support development teams with design handover and QA of user flows.  

Design Systems 

• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems. 
• Extend reusable components across web and mobile platforms. 
• Ensure a cohesive experience across the entire product ecosystem.

Usability & Performance 

• Track user behavior and product metrics to evaluate usability and improve user engagement.  

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• UX/UI Design tools: Figma, AI, etc.  
• Research methods: Usability testing, user interviews, analytics analysis.  
• Prototyping: Low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.  
• Design systems: Ability to maintain and extend reusable design components.  
• Communication: Strong collaboration across local and global teams. 
• English: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. 
• 3–5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience (product design preferred).  
• Portfolio showcasing UX process (research → ideation → prototyping → delivery).
