Eatery Club is a POS-agnostic, white-label platform that helps restaurant brands run their own digital ordering and guest engagement channels. Our products include self-service kiosks, mobile apps, web and QR ordering, Order & Pay, loyalty, and tools for restaurant teams.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience across guest-facing and restaurant-facing products. Your primary focus will be product design, the design system, and a scalable multi-brand experience. You will work directly with Product and Engineering, with occasional support for client launches and commercial materials.

This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role, so we’re looking for someone who can frame problems, make informed trade-offs, deliver implementation-ready designs, and verify the quality of what reaches production.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product, Engineering, support feedback, and available product data to define problems before designing solutions
• Design and improve end-to-end flows across kiosks, mobile apps, web and QR ordering, Order & Pay, and restaurant administration tools.
• Cover the complete experience, including loading, empty, error, validation, accessibility, localization, and platform-specific states.
• Evolve the Figma design system, tokens, components, patterns, and documentation.
• Translate client brand guidelines into scalable themes and reusable configuration patterns without fragmenting the core product.
• Create prototypes and implementation-ready specifications, then review the released interface with developers.
• Use AI-assisted tools where they improve research, exploration, prototyping, content adaptation, or repetitive production work; validate the resulting UX and code rather than accepting generated output uncritically.
• Occasionally support the Eatery Club website and commercial materials when product priorities allow.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial Product Design or UI/UX experience
• Portfolio showing shipped digital products and the reasoning behind key decisions.
• Experience building or evolving component-based design systems in Figma.
• Ability to work from an ambiguous problem through discovery, design, handoff, and implementation QA.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers and making scope–quality trade-offs.
• Ability to prioritize independently as a senior individual contributor.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools, with at least one example explaining what was automated, what remained a human decision, and how quality was validated.
• English sufficient for working with international clients and partners

Experience with white-label or multi-brand products will be a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• White-label, multi-brand, B2B SaaS, HoReCa or restaurant-tech experience
• Kiosk, touchscreen, mobile and responsive web experience.
• Accessibility and multilingual product experience.

Why Join Eatery Club

• Work on products already used across 10+ markets
• See your work launched for real restaurant brands
• Own the complete design experience rather than a small part of one product
• Work directly with the people making product and business decisions
• Stable, long-term cooperation with room to grow

You'll lead product design at SkinnyRx end-to-end — from defining the problem and shaping the product direction to shipping polished UI.

This is a Lead Product Design role with a strong UI focus. You'll set the bar for visual craft across the product while working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Head of Product and executive team on what we build, why we build it, and how it comes to life.

AI is deeply embedded in how we work. You'll use it across the entire design process — from exploration and content generation to prototyping and production.

What you'll do

• Own product design end-to-end across the SkinnyRx app and web — from problem definition and UX flows to final shipped UI
• Set and evolve the visual design bar for the product, creating a cohesive, high-quality experience across onboarding, patient dashboards, intake, billing, and content surfaces
• Partner directly with the Head of Product and executive team to shape product direction, prioritize opportunities, and turn ideas into shipped experiences
• Generate and art-direct AI-produced content — product imagery, illustration, lifestyle photography, micro-animations, and video — at a quality that feels intentional and distinctly SkinnyRx
• Prototype interactively — in Figma when precision matters and in code via AI tools when realism and speed matter
• Build systems and patterns that let the team move quickly without sacrificing craft or consistency

• Partner closely with engineering, copy, and marketing through tight, iterative shipping cycles

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in product design, with experience owning meaningful consumer product experiences end-to-end
• A standout UI portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and shipped consumer work
• Strong product judgment — you can move beyond executing requirements and help determine what should be built and why
• The ability to operate independently and lead through the work, bringing back thoughtful options rather than blockers
• Deep, daily use of AI throughout your workflow, including:
  • Imagery & video: Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Kling, Nano Banana
  • Code prototyping: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex
  • Design & production: Figma AI, MCP-based workflows

• Comfort moving between product thinking, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and production details

Why join SkinnyRx

• High ownership and direct influence over the product and design direction
• Work closely with the people making product and technology decisions
• A culture of shipping weekly rather than designing in isolation
• AI-native workflows with a generous tooling budget — if a tool makes you better or faster, we want you using it
• Fully remote and async-friendly, across time zones
• Compensation scaled to your level

Help create the next generation of industrial visual digital twin products

Visco is creating a new generation of visual digital twin solutions for asset-intensive industries, combining advanced 3D visualisation with operational information in modern web and mobile experiences. We are transitioning our platform to web technology and investing in state-of-the-art design and technology as we grow in the SaaS market. Product Design has a key role in making this ambition real.

As part of a focused team, you will work across the full design and product workflow, from customer research and early discovery to prototyping, detailed design, validation, and delivery. You will work closely with and report to the Product Design Lead, collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineers, and have real influence on both the product and how we work. With that influence comes meaningful ownership and responsibility.

What you'll do

• Design clear, intuitive experiences for our web platform and contribute to mobile initiatives where relevant.
• Work across the full product design process, from research and discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Participate in customer interviews, workshops, field research, and usability testing.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into workflows, concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, with a strong voice in product decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution and consistent use of our design system and UX standards.
• Help establish practical product discovery and design practices as our Product Operating Model matures.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and validation where appropriate.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a similar role.
• Experience designing SaaS products or other complex digital applications.
• Strong interaction design, problem-solving, and prototyping skills.
• Ability to conduct and synthesise customer and user research.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, and close collaboration with developers.
• Curiosity, initiative, sound judgement, and a willingness to take ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience designing mobile applications.
• Experience with industrial, technical, or B2B software.
• Domain knowledge in oil and gas, or experience with software supporting energy, offshore, maintenance, inspection, or operations.
• Experience designing products that use 3D visualisation, digital twins, spatial interfaces, CAD, GIS, or complex technical data.
• Familiarity with Product Operating Model principles and continuous product discovery.
• Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping, concept exploration, research synthesis, or design-to-code workflows.

Why join Visco?

• Help build something new at an important point in our transition to a modern web-based SaaS platform.
• Work with advanced visualisation and 3D technology on products that solve real operational challenges.
• Join a focused team where designers can influence the product, process, design system, and direction, not just individual screens.
• Gain broad experience across research, strategy, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Work closely with product leadership and cross-functional colleagues from our office in Stavanger Øst, near Ostehuset and Tou Scene.

About us:

YouScan is one of the most successful Ukrainian SaaS companies. Our deep tech product, powered by in-house developed AI technology, is one of the leaders in the social listening space globally. The entire engineering department works on collecting billions of social media posts daily, processing them with cutting-edge technologies, and providing meaningful insights to our customers.

Your Mission:

Hands-on design for the biggest and most complex parts of the YouScan platform. You will turn sophisticated AI-driven data into clear, intuitive interfaces, working side by side with product managers and engineers from problem framing to shipped product. Depending on the initiatives you join, you own the full design process (research, solution exploration, high-fidelity UI, and quality through implementation) or act as a consultant to guide teammates towards the best solution.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end on our most complex initiatives – from problem framing and research to polished, high-fidelity interfaces.
• Transform sophisticated AI-driven data and "Visual Insights" (like image recognition and sentiment analysis) into clean, intuitive dashboards and workflows.
• Use product analytics, user behaviour data and conversations with customers to find friction points and validate decisions before and after shipping.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and maintain high quality during the implementation phase.
• Contribute to and help maintain our internal design library to ensure visual and functional consistency.
• Be the voice of the customer, ensuring we are solving the right problems in the most elegant way possible.

• Work in two or three product contexts at the same time, switching between them and keeping each one moving.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer with serious, grounded design expertise – you have shipped complex products and seen how they perform in the wild. B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus.
• A portfolio that tells a story. We want to see your process. How you define problems, iterate through solutions, and the final high-fidelity results.
• Strong Data Visualization skills. A knack for making dense, AI-driven data easy to read and act upon is essential to us.
• Proficiency in modern tooling. Our team has always iterated fast on design and we don’t rely on perfectly polished Figma components managed by a full team of designers. Today, we are using the most recent tooling to achieve better results. Close familiarity with AI for higher productivity is a must.
• Research-driven product mindset. You don't just "design" or create screens - you talk to users, look at the data, and validate your assumptions before (and after) shipping.
• Clear thinking and structured communication. You can explain the "why" behind your design decisions without noise and can present your ideas clearly to stakeholders. Also, you are open to feedback.
• Strong English (Proven Upper-Intermediate+). You are comfortable communicating and conducting research in an international, English-speaking environment.
• High autonomy and ownership. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you manage your own time and take full responsibility for your projects

How the recruitment process goes:

1. Interview with Head of TA
2. Interview with Head of Product and UX Lead ~1 hour
3. Test task
4. Technical interview + interview with the team ~1,5 hour
5. Recommendation check

What we offer

• Work directly with Product and Engineering - your voice will influence what we build next.
• Access to the latest AI tools and the unique challenge of designing interfaces for world-class social intelligence platform.
• Unlimited paid vacation and sick leave (Yes, really).
• Enjoy a 4-day workweek during the summer months to recharge and find fresh inspiration
• Join a well-established B2B SaaS company with a strong culture, a solid market reputation, and a team that truly values their customers.
• We value the core of our team. When you are long enough with us (5+ years) - we offer a fully paid sabbatical.

• Design systems: Ability to maintain and extend reusable design components.
• Communication: Strong collaboration across local and global teams.
• English: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.

Users of Cropwise Operations range from farmers and farm managers to agronomists and retailers. Product designers help bridge complex agronomic data into clear, actionable user experiences — especially in mobile and web applications that support farm management, product analysis, and decision-making.

• Opportunity to be a part of a best-in-class product that is used by thousands of companies around the world.
• Annual performance bonus scheme.
• Career growth opportunities.
• An environment where you need to seek and implement unique solutions.
• Training and development programs.
• Young and dynamic team with a friendly and open culture.
• Health and life insurance for employees and your family members.
• 32 working days of paid annual leave and sick leave.

We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product thinking, interaction design, and hands-on user research to design end-to-end experiences for our global FinTech product.

You will join our Core & Growth direction and work inside a cross-functional tribe alongside a product manager, a product analyst, and developers, where design directly shapes how people start using our product, stay safe, and grow with it.

In this role, you will own features from problem framing to release and post-release iteration. Product analysts own quantitative data, and you will own the qualitative side: talking to users, testing solutions, and understanding why people behave the way they do. You will translate these insights into clear, well-crafted solutions across web and mobile, design within the rules of our design system, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of features within your tribe, from problem framing and discovery to shipped solution and post-release iteration
• Work as a full member of a cross-functional tribe with a product manager, product analyst, and developers, taking part in discovery, planning, and prioritization
• Design complex product flows and interfaces such as registration and onboarding, authentication and security settings, admin areas, and partner dashboards
• Plan and conduct qualitative user research, including user interviews, usability testing, session recording analysis, and heatmap reviews, and synthesize findings into design hypotheses
• Use quantitative insights from the product analyst (funnels, drop-off points, A/B test results) to decide where to investigate, and bring the qualitative "why" behind the numbers
• Build user flow maps, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes to explore, test, and communicate solutions
• Design within the rules of the product design system, using its components, tokens, and patterns correctly (the system itself is maintained by a dedicated Design System Designer)
• Design for web and mobile (iOS and Android), ensuring consistency and responsiveness across platforms
• Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, ensuring layouts and content work effectively across different markets and locales

• Document design decisions, prepare clear hand-off for developers, and review implementation quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product companies, with features you designed shipped to real users
• Portfolio with recent (last 1 to 2 years) end-to-end product cases showing the full process: problem, research, hypotheses, solution, and outcome
• Solid hands-on experience in qualitative user research: planning and running user interviews and usability tests, analyzing session recordings and heatmaps, and synthesizing findings into actionable design hypotheses, using tools such as Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar
• Hands-on experience designing complex, multi-step flows and logic-heavy interfaces (onboarding, authentication, settings, dashboards, or similar)
• Proven experience in at least one of these areas: onboarding and activation flows with measurable impact, security and authentication UX (two-factor authentication, passkeys, device and session management), admin panels and internal tools or B2B dashboards, partner, affiliate, or referral programs and portals
• Experience working closely with product managers and product analysts, and using quantitative insights (funnels, A/B test results) as input for design decisions
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, with the ability to make complex things simple and clear
• Solid visual design skills (typography, layout, hierarchy, composition) and attention to detail
• Clear understanding of how design systems work (components, variants, tokens, guidelines) and the discipline to design within their rules
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variants, variables, prototyping)
• Experience designing for both web and mobile
• Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products
• Ability to present design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders

• Experience using AI-powered tools (Figma AI plugins, Claude, or similar) in your design workflow

Will be a plus

• Experience working with FinTech products (trading, crypto, banking, payments)
• Experience in more than one of the areas listed in the requirements (for example both onboarding and security, or admin tools and partner portals)
• Experience designing gamification mechanics

• Experience creating microinteractions and lightweight UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or similar tools)

We offer

• 20 paid vacation days per year
• 10 paid sick leave days per year
• Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list
• Medical insurance
• Opportunity to work remotely
• Professional education budget
• Language learning budget
• Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)

You’ll work as an embedded designer, taking ownership of end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile — from understanding the problem and exploring solutions to delivering and refining the final product.

This is a product-focused role for someone who is comfortable working with complex systems, multiple user needs, and highly regulated environments. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and engineers and contribute to decisions beyond the UI — including user experience, product logic, and priorities.

• Use qualitative research and product data to inform and validate design decisions
• Work with complex user flows, information architecture, and multiple types of users
• Contribute to and evolve the product’s design system, with accessibility built in
• Present and defend your design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Raise the quality of design work through critiques, clear documentation, and knowledge sharing

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with shipped work on complex B2C web and mobile products
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, user flows, information architecture, and product thinking
• Experience designing complex digital products rather than primarily websites or marketing pages
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and impact — not just polished final screens
• Experience working with design systems and strong hands-on Figma skills
• Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to work with qualitative research and product data to support design decisions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain and defend your decisions
• Confident English communication skills
• Healthcare experience is a strong plus, especially in e-pharmacy, healthcare products, e-commerce, or other regulated environments
• German is a plus

Why this project

• Work on a large-scale healthcare product used by millions of people
• Solve complex product and customer experience challenges across the entire user journey
• Work closely with an experienced product, design, and engineering team
• Have a real impact on the product beyond individual screens and features
• Build strong, meaningful case studies for your portfolio

Senior Product Designer needed to own end-to-end design for key surfaces of a digital-health platform used by clinicians and patients in real care settings. You'll run research, shape interaction and visual design, and ship high-quality experiences in a domain where clarity, accuracy, and usability genuinely matter. You'll work directly with a cross-functional squad — product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders — to identify user problems, frame solutions, prototype and validate them, and ship. This is a hands-on senior role for a designer who's comfortable leading design in a squad and raising the bar for others through critique, mentorship, and design-system contribution.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and run user research with patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to surface real problems before designing solutions
• Synthesise research into clear problem statements, journey maps, and design principles that align the squad
• Own end-to-end design — from rough concepts through to production-ready specs, with clear interaction and state documentation for engineers
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to test assumptions and communicate intent before development begins
• Design for multiple form factors (web, iOS, Android) with a consistent cross-platform experience
• Contribute new components and patterns to the design system, with thorough documentation and accessibility notes, and drive convergence across the product without introducing unnecessary churn
• Partner with engineering during implementation — review builds, flag deviations, and keep design intent intact
• Facilitate and take part in design critique, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback
• Work with QA and clinical teams to validate shipped experiences against design specs and clinical requirements
• Support and mentor more junior designers through critique, pairing, and regular 1:1 feedback

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping consumer or enterprise software, with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership
• Proven ability to plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests, contextual inquiry) and translate findings into design decisions
• Expert-level Figma skills — component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design-system contribution
• Systems thinking — the ability to design coherent experiences across multiple surfaces (web, mobile, embedded) without losing sight of detail
• A track record of working closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical or domain experts to scope and ship features
• Clear, confident communication — you can present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you're comfortable working asynchronously
• Strong visual and interaction design craft with a high bar for detail, balanced with pragmatism about product and engineering constraints
• An ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity — you stay accountable from first sketch through post-launch iteration, and you bring structure to loosely defined problems

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for regulated or safety-critical domains (healthcare, fintech, medtech, or similar)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and designing inclusively
• Exposure to design systems at scale — tokens, theming, documentation, and component governance
• Background in data-dense or clinical dashboard design
• Experience working in distributed, async-first teams across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare data structures
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted design or prototyping tools

What Success Looks Like:

• Strong usability and satisfaction scores for the product surfaces you own
• High research quality — clear insights and fast movement from question to decision
• A healthy design system — good adoption, component coverage, and complete documentation
• Effective cross-functional partnership — engineering and product happy with the design collaboration
• Designers you mentor growing and becoming more effective
