    Why Semaverse (semaverse.ai)

The world’s most sophisticated investment and corporate strategy teams are drowning in unstructured information. Analysts spend days stitching together fragments of data, struggling to connect dots fast enough to act on billion-dollar opportunities.

    Semaverse changes that.

We’re building agentic AI with intelligent memory, a platform that transforms fragmented information into a living, semantic knowledge graph, then empowers AI agents to reason, plan, and act alongside humans. From diligence and deal evaluation to post-merger integration, we help professionals see what others miss and decide with conviction.

Our products; Market Sense, AI Vault, Diligent AI, and Post-merger AI are reshaping how analysts, investors, and portfolio directors work. Backed by an experienced team of technology and product co-founders, we’re building the next generation of enterprise software for decision-makers.

    The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to own the craft of turning complex M&A and investment workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences.

This is not a design support role. It’s a seat at the table in a company redefining how knowledge and agents work together. You’ll spend the majority of your time on our enterprise SaaS applications and a smaller portion shaping our Chrome Companion extension. This also includes influencing and shaping go to market collateral for the website and customer/investor materials.

We created a sophisticated prototype, now we are building our MVP. You’ll work closely with the CTO, CPO, Frontend and Backend Engineer to deliver a thoughtful user experience that showcases our AI capabilities.

Your mission: make agentic AI legible, trustworthy, and actionable for professionals whose decisions move markets.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design end-to-end workflows for M&A and investment use cases, diligence, market scans, competitive intelligence, portfolio tracking, and post-merger integration.
    • Invent interaction models that translate AI agent reasoning into clear states, citations, and multi-step actions users can trust.
    • Craft data-dense layouts for analysts that make complexity navigable, insightful, and fast.
    • Prototype with Figma and Framer to bring ideas to life quickly and persuasively.
    • Partner directly with analysts, investors, and portfolio directors to validate usability and sharpen design decisions.
    • Contribute to and evolve Semaverse’s design system for enterprise-grade consistency and scalability.
    • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity at every step (WCAG 2.1+).

    What You’ll Bring

    • 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, research, or analytics tools.
    • A portfolio that shows mastery of interaction design: clarity, hierarchy, and elegance in complex workflows.
    • Experience thriving in startup or high-growth environments β€” balancing speed, ambiguity, and craft.
    • Advanced fluency in Figma and Framer, with evidence of rapid, high-fidelity prototyping.
    • Expertise in information visualization and workflow mapping for data-heavy domains.
    • Proven track record of shipping enterprise products in partnership with PM and engineering.
    • Nice-to-have: Experience designing for AI, LLMs, or agent systems β€” especially around trust, explainability, and human-AI collaboration.

    What Success Looks Like

In your first 6 months, you will have:

    • Redesigned and shipped a critical analyst workflow with measurable impact on deal evaluation speed and insight discovery.
    • Delivered prototypes that influence product direction and secure customer and founder buy-in.
    • Contributed foundational components to the design system, enabling faster, more consistent product delivery.
    • Earned the trust of analysts and investors as a designer who understands their world and makes their work better.

    Culture

At Semaverse, we foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. We value diverse perspectives and believe that great ideas can come from anyone. Our fully remote work environment empowers you to take ownership of your time and work while staying connected ad-hoc through Slack and regular catchups and planning.

    • Semaverse is located in London, UK, but operates as a fully remote company. You can be anywhere as long as work gets done and communication is smooth.
    • We believe in team work and autonomy. We hire and work with individuals we can trust to get things done and who actively seek collaboration where it counts.
    • We know you can make good decisions, your experience is valuable and your contribution is more than working through tickets.

You can expect to have peace and quiet to work, build and solve meaningful and interesting tasks. But you will also be expected to contribute with ideas and in discussions with your experience. Finally, active collaboration and feedback is expected whenever and however it makes sense. That can be design workshops, customer feedback sessions, product development with engineering, a chat or something else.

Being part of Semaverse means working directly with the founders who have deep, long experience in tech and product in many industries with Cloud Computing, Big Data, Data Science, ML and AI.

    Relationship

You will be a contractor not an employee. However, we aim to make your income predictable and have allowances for private and public holidays. While you have a lot of independence, you will be part of a team and we will treat you well.

    Application

To apply, share your portfolio with 2–3 case studies that highlight:

    • How you simplified complex, data-heavy problems.
    • The interaction design tradeoffs you made.
    • The impact your work had on users or business outcomes.

    Interview Process

Simple three stages with quick turn around.

    1. A 45 minute call introducing Semaverse, yourself and checking for a reasonable fit.
    2. A one day paid work on a real task with the CPO's guidance. The aim is to learn how you approach a real issue. We are mindful that full onboarding is not possible in a day. So this is about learning about your skills, ways of working, and not finishing multiple tasks with unrealistic expectations in a day.
    3. Meet the team - talk to a couple of people to ensure there is a good fit on both sides and excitement to start working together.

    About

Semaverse is revolutionising how data, AI and humans work together. We help store, explore and use unstructured data with AI and UX. The founders, Mo and Christian, have a technology, product and science background with decades of hands on and leadership experience. They have worked for enterprises like Microsoft, Skype, Amazon (Alexa), Teradata and numerous startups being part in exits to Google, Teradata, Hyland and Private Equity Investors.

Senior Product Designer - Enterprise SaaS (Systems and Governance) to $6000

    Full Remote Β· Worldwide Β· Product Β· 7 years of experience Β· English - B2

MenuWise is a long-running B2B SaaS platform used by professional kitchens and foodservice operators. We are rebuilding the product with a strong focus on correctness, governance, and long-term system integrity.

This is not a brand, marketing, or consumer UX role.

MenuWise is a New Zealand–based product that has historically grown through direct operator relationships rather than public marketing or social media. We are rebuilding the platform quietly and deliberately before increasing our public presence. This role is about shaping the system itself, not promoting it.

    What we’re looking for

We are looking for a senior product designer who is comfortable working on:

    • dense, data-heavy interfaces
    • constrained workflows
    • enterprise tables and forms
    • products where being correct matters more than being expressive

    Scope & mandate

This is a full-time role with an initial 3-month systems mandate.

During the first 3 months, your focus will be to:

    • define and enforce core design rules
    • establish what must never vary
    • set canonical interaction patterns (view / edit / read-only)
    • bring consistency and safety to complex workflows

Long-term continuation depends on fit and impact.

    What you will do

    • Own system and interaction rules across core product surfaces
    • Design and document canonical patterns for:
      • tables
      • inline editing
      • validation and error handling
      • state transitions
    • Say β€œno” when designs violate correctness or long-term consistency
    • Work closely with engineering on predictable, safe UX
    • Leave the system more constrained and safer than you found it

    What you will not do

    • Brand or marketing design
    • Visual experimentation or expressive UI
    • Colour or typography definition (handled separately)

If you enjoy aesthetic exploration or storytelling-led design, this role will not be satisfying.

    Why this role is difficult

MenuWise is intentionally designed to be constrained.
Success here depends on restraint, systems thinking, and comfort with saying β€œno”.

If you prefer expressive palettes, visual exploration, or marketing-led UX, this role will feel frustrating rather than rewarding.

    What we’re looking for (experience)

    You likely have:

    • 7–12+ years designing SaaS or internal tools
    • experience with enterprise, fintech, ERP, govtech, or regulated systems
    • strong opinions about constraints, invariants, and correctness
    • comfort blocking ideas that feel β€œnice” but are unsafe
    • experience designing tables and workflows, not just screens

    Titles matter less than judgment.

Transform how SMEs manage their finances by designing the AI-powered product

Skrooge.AI is democratizing CFO-level financial expertise for the 600k SMEs market in the UAE. By combining AI automation with seasoned finance professionals, we deliver enterprise-quality bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services at SME prices. We already have 70 recurring paid SME clients with $4k ARPU and 7 internal accountants heavily using the platform – this is not a prototype stage.

We are looking for a senior designer who can own the entire design vision and execution - someone who thrives with autonomy and wants to shape a product from the ground up.

    Working at Skrooge.ai

    1. Culture: Fast-paced, transparent, result-oriented and meritocratic
    2. Structure: Small, agile product team with direct access to leadership
    3. Location: Dubai-based, but remote work is possible

    The Opportunity

    1. Direct impact: Work directly with our CPO and CTO to shape product strategy
    2. Full ownership: Own design across our web app, future mobile experience, website, and brand
    3. Complex challenges: Design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered financial insights and automation
    4. Early stage: Join at the perfect time to establish design foundations and systems that will scale

    What We're Looking For

    1. 4+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership of a product
    2. Self-directed expertise: You don't need instructions on how to design - you identify opportunities and execute. You can handle rejection and improve with a limited feedback
    3. Startup mindset: Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration (shipping new features weekly), and wearing multiple hats
    4. User research skills: Experience conducting research and translating insights into design improvements.
    5. Systems thinking: Ability to create scalable design solutions (from scratch) for a growing product
    6. AI curiosity: Experience with or enthusiasm for designing AI-powered interfaces. Usage of AI tools for designing images and animation
    7. English proficiency: B2 or higher
    8. Bonus points for experience with:
      1. Financial services or B2B SaaS
      2. Product for multiple user personas
      3. Portfolio showing iterative improvement of products over time

Hey! Other Land team sending β€œcheers” to you. We’re currently looking for Product Designers to join our team full-time or collaborate with us on a project basis.

    Who We Are:

At Other Land, we might label ourselves a Product Design Agency, but delve deeper, and you'll find a group of 11 people deeply committed to the craft of a good product design. We work extensively with both startups and established companies to support and realize their ambitions.

For our clients, we're more than just an extended design team; we're strategic partners. We bring fresh perspectives, infuse innovative design strategies, solve complex problems, and help businesses establish their recognizable visual identity, among other things. While we respect limitations, we always seek ways to enhance, add extra value, and optimize.

Our team is spread out all over the world. We catch up weekly on Zoom to discuss ongoing projects, share knowledge, and ensure we’re on the same page. Whenever possible, we’re trying to find an opportunity to grab a coffee or a bite in Kyiv or other cities in Europe.

Instead of a lengthy description, let us highlight some of the projects we've been working on over the past year:

    • Improving the interface of a graphic editor for a company producing tools for handcrafted goods (USA)
    • Redesigning a family-focused investing app that helps parents and kids learn and manage stocks together (USA)
    • Making data-driven product design optimisation for an EdTech platform (Germany)
    • Redesigning a coffee-ordering app (Middle East)
    • Improving the product experience for one of the region’s largest fintech (UAE)
    • Improved UI of an AR mobile app for wearing digital wardrobe items (USA)
    • Redesigned a mobile app and built a design system for the biggest telecom provider (UAE)
    • Redesigned a B2B SaaS platform for restaurant business management (Germany)
    • And many other cool things

What we're looking for in designers:

    • Desire to be the main owner of the project. Your role at Other Land goes beyond just design. Our clients and our team look to you as the central figure of the project, delving deep into project specifics, business objectives, user needs, and technical limitations. While you'll always find support from our Design Lead, Project Manager, or Mentor, it's ultimately your call to stand behind your solutions in front of the client and our team.
    • Strong communication skills. In Other Land, designers aren’t behind the scenes; they're front and center. You should be comfortable translating your design solutions into clear "whys" and defending your design decisions. In a discussion-heavy environment, we need communicators who can effectively bridge the gap between problem space and solution space. And yes, strong English is a must (πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ).
    • You are ready to work autonomously. We don't use time trackers in our team (if it's not a client request). Instead, we operate on a foundation of mutual trust. Given the freedom we provide, we expect our designers to be adept at self-management, ownership, and responsibility.
    • You have a strong portfolio of executed and working solutions. Usually, it means that you worked for at least 3 years with real clients or products. Your work and solutions should speak for themselves, showcasing your capabilities and the expertise our clients seek.

    Skills that are important:

    • Hands-on experience working on HealthTech products is required.
    • We are looking for candidates who have at least one HealthTech project in their portfolio.
    • If a HealthTech project cannot be publicly shared due to NDA, it can be presented privately during an interview call.
    • Identifying bottlenecks within products based on analytics.
    • Conducting UX audits of existing interfaces and suggesting improvements.
    • Designing intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
    • Engaging in user research, conducting user interviews, and user tests.
    • Creating distinct visual concepts and design systems.
    • Applying a new or existing visual style consistently across all screens and states.
    • Iterating based on insights from research, data, tests, and feedback.
    • Using Figma like a pro (variables, auto-layouts, components, etc).

We understand that mastering every skill is a challenge. Yet, we expect a strong foundation across the board. Everyone shines brighter in some areas, often driven by personal passion. We really like seeing those strong skills and the special touch they bring.

    What you will get:

    • Project Matching to Strengths. Our projects span from innovative startups to established products. Some are specific problems needing solutions, while others are fresh canvases awaiting fresh ideas. Depending on your interest and strong skills we aim to match you with a project that aligns with your unique strengths.
    • Support in Skill Development. We have a studio budget allocated for honing the skills you find fascinating and crucial while working on projects.
    • 100% Remote Work. Embrace the flexibility and comfort of working from anywhere.
    • Competitive Salary. We offer a compensation package that acknowledges your expertise and the value you bring to the team.
    • A Young, Small, Bureaucracy-free Team. Engage with a small, vibrant group bonded by shared values and interests. Here, your voice genuinely matters, and there are no bureaucratic barriers to new ideas inside Other Land.
    • High Responsibility. You have a great deal of ownership and a significant impact on the final outcome.
    • 20 days of paid vacation and paid sick leaves. Your well-being matters to us. Take the time you need to relax and recover.

    Are you interested?

    1. Apply for this vacancy.
    2. If all looks good, schedule a call with our Design Director and Project-Product Manager.
    3. If that goes well, you'll have a discussion with the Studio's Founder.
    4. From there, we might ask you to complete a small test task, or we might start working on the first project immediately.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong growth experience to work with us on a product where design directly impacts key metrics.

This role is a great fit if you enjoy understanding user behavior and care about how design decisions impact activation, retention, and conversion. You’ll work closely with the team, iterate on real products, and turn insights into meaningful improvements.

    Skills that are important:

    • Experience working on product changes that influenced key metrics (activation, retention, conversion, etc.) πŸ“ˆ
    • Interest in growth and understanding how design affects user behavior πŸ”
    • Ability to identify friction points in user flows and suggest improvements 🧩
    • Designing and iterating on onboarding flows and key product journeys πŸ”
    • Collaborating with product managers and developers in an iterative process 🀝
    • Using data, feedback, or basic analytics to inform design decisions πŸ“Š
    • Iterating based on results, feedback, and product constraints πŸ”„
    • Strong product design fundamentals (user flows, wireframes, prototypes) 🧠
    • Confident use of Figma (components, auto-layouts, basic design systems) πŸ“

What we’re looking for in designers:

    • Desire to be the main owner of the project. Your role at Other Land goes beyond just design. Our clients and our team look to you as the central figure of the project, delving deep into project specifics, business objectives, user needs, and technical limitations. While you’ll always find support from our Design Lead, Project Manager, or Mentor, it’s ultimately your call to stand behind your solutions in front of the client and our team.
    • Strong communication skills. In Other Land, designers aren’t behind the scenes; they’re front and center. You should be comfortable translating your design solutions into clear β€œwhys” and defending your design decisions. In a discussion-heavy environment, we need communicators who can effectively bridge the gap between problem space and solution space. And yes, strong English is a must (πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ).
    • You are ready to work autonomously. We don’t use time trackers in our team (if it’s not a client request). Instead, we operate on a foundation of mutual trust. Given the freedom we provide, we expect our designers to be adept at self-management, ownership, and responsibility.
    • You have a strong portfolio of executed and working solutions. Usually, it means that you worked for at least 2 years with real clients or products. Your work and solutions should speak for themselves, showcasing your capabilities and the expertise our clients seek.

    Who We Are:

At Other Land, we might label ourselves a Product Design Agency, but delve deeper, and you’ll find a group of 11 people deeply committed to the craft of a good product design. We work extensively with both startups and established companies to support and realize their ambitions.

For our clients, we’re more than just an extended design team; we’re strategic partners.

Instead of a lengthy description, let us highlight some of the projects we’ve been working on over the past year:

If you’re curious to see more of our work or check who we are, you can do it here:

    www.otherland.studio

    What you will get:

    • High Autonomy. You have a great deal of ownership and a significant impact on the final outcome.
    • 20 days of paid vacation and paid sick leaves. Your well-being matters to us. Take the time you need to relax and recover.

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Design Team and contribute to the development of a large-scale audit and inspection platform used by global clients.

Lead Product Designer owns a product end-to-end and is responsible for its design outcomes from discovery through delivery. This is a product-ownership role, roughly 50% focused on designing key flows, systems, and experiences, and 50% on aligning with clients, product, and engineering, guiding/leading designers, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role is for a Product Design Leader who likes ownership, complexity, and impact. Someone who can think in systems, guide product direction, work closely with product and engineering, and turn complicated processes into something people can actually use in the field.

If you enjoy solving hard problems, designing for real constraints, and building a platform that directly affects how global businesses operate, this is that kind of product.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products
    • Experience designing complex applications with data-heavy interfaces and workflow-driven logic
    • Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
    • Good understanding of technical constraints, including backend logic, workflows, and system rules
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and Business System Analysts
    • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
    • Structured, self-organized approach to work
    • Knowledge of accessibility principles
    • Good level of spoken and written English (At least Upper-Intermediate, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience in audit, inspection, or compliance-related domains
    • Previous experience mentoring or leading designers
    • Background in enterprise web and mobile products

    Core Responsibilities

    • Lead client-facing design activities, including requirement clarification, design discussions, and solution alignment
    • Collect, analyze, and synthesize business asks, user needs, and uncover technical constraints
    • Design user-centered solutions for audit and inspection workflows, considering real user goals and operational constraints
    • Own design delivery from discovery and concept to validation and development handoff
    • Work closely with developers and BSA to ensure alignment with system logic, workflows, and technical constraints
    • Support and maintain product design processes, including user research, hypothesis validation, and concept development
    • Assign and review design tasks for designers within the team
    • Contribute to the design system and ensure design consistency across products and platforms
    • Clearly and professionally communicate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders

    What we offer

    • Continuous learning and career growth opportunities
    • Professional training and English/Spanish language classes
    • Comprehensive medical insurance
    • Mental health support
    • Specialized benefits program with compensation for fitness activities, hobbies, pet care, and more
    • Flexible working hours (you need to have at least 4 hours overlap with our US client's morning time)
    • Inclusive and supportive culture

    About the project:

Auditing Platform is a complex, real-world product used by large enterprise clients to run on-site audits, inspections, and quality evaluations across thousands of physical locations.

The product sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, analytics, and human workflows. It deals with messy, high-stakes reality: offline work, long inspections, strict rules, scoring logic, approvals, re-audits, reporting, and accountability. It’s not a β€œhappy path” consumer app – it’s a system people rely on to do their job correctly, fast, and under pressure.
