About the Company:
Our client is a brand of premium dietary supplements thriving across European marketplaces. We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to spearhead the visual strategy on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will translate complex nutritional formulas into clean, sophisticated, and high-converting visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Management & Asset Updates: Take full ownership of the visual identity for our current catalog (50+ products) and lead the launch of new products.
  • End-to-End Content Creation: Create high-converting Amazon image stacks from scratch, including flawless Main Images, comprehensive infographics, lifestyle banners, and premium A+ Content (EBC).
  • A/B Testing & Optimization (Amazon Experiments): Collaborate with our marketing team to constantly analyze listing performance. Design alternative main images and infographics to optimize Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CR).
  • PPC Advertising Creatives: Design striking banners and video covers for internal Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Amazon Brand Store Maintenance: Design, build, and regularly update our multi-page Amazon Brand Store, aligning it with seasonal promos, product launches, and exclusive deals.
  • Packaging & Labels Collaboration: Occasionally assist with adapting, updating, and preparing print-ready files for product labels and packaging.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in e-commerce design, specifically for the Amazon platform. Direct experience in the Health & Wellness, Supplements, Cosmetics, or Biohacking niches is a critical advantage.
  • Expert Amazon Knowledge: Deep understanding of Amazon’s strict technical guidelines, mobile-first design constraints, and visual trends in the European market (specifically Amazon DE).
  • Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • AI & 3D Tools integration: Ability to leverage AI tools to generate hyper-realistic lifestyle backgrounds, or basic 3D rendering skills to visualize bottles without relying solely on physical photoshoots.
  • Conversion-Driven Mindset: You know how to build a visual sales funnel that guides the customer from the initial click to the checkout.
  • Language Skills: English proficiency (B2) for seamless internal communication and task management. Basic knowledge of German is a major plus.
