Product Designer (AI-native team)
We’re hiring a Product Designer to join our studio and work on an EdTech project that spans both B2B and B2C.
We’re a product design studio, and one of our clients is an online education company, currently going through a major transformation: new tech stack, new strategy, and a shift from B2C-only into corporate learning (B2B). AI is being integrated across the entire company — content, course production, internal tooling, and product. The client’s engineering team works AI-first, and we need a designer whose process keeps up rather than slows it down.
You’ll work as part of our team with direct access to the client’s engineering, marketing, and leadership. You’ll have the support of our studio behind you, including a design advisor from our side. The working language is English.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Taking ownership of the customer-facing product experience — both the marketing website (B2C-heavy, conversion-focused) and the customer portal (B2B-heavy, account management, course assignments, reporting, certificates);
- Improving both UI and UX of complex flows that serve very different audiences: individual learners, exam candidates, HR managers, and corporate admins;
- Helping shape internal AI-powered tools used by learning designers and analysts;
- Building a design system the engineering team can actually use;
- Aligning the website, customer portal, and internal tools into one coherent experience;
- Collaborating directly with the client’s leadership and engineering team as their go-to design person.
What we’re looking for
- You actively use AI in your design workflow (Cursor, Claude, v0, Figma AI plugins, or similar) and have a point of view on how design and AI-first engineering work together;
- Hands-on experience with design systems — you’ve built or significantly contributed to one, and understand tokens, component architecture, and how to set things up so engineering can actually ship;
- Solid product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS, dashboards, or complex multi-persona products. EdTech experience is a plus, but not required;
- Strong UI craft — you can take a brand direction and turn it into a polished, consistent interface;
- You think about business goals and user needs together, not separately;
- You can own a project end to end, explain your decisions, and stand behind them;
- Strong communication skills and English — you’ll be working directly with the client’s team;
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where “70-80% good enough, then iterate” beats endless polish;
