UI/UX Designer — Healthtech 0→1 product, fast-moving, branding depth

We're building a precision health platform that turns biomarker data into a living digital twin — and a personalised health protocol that evolves as you do. We need a designer who can ship product, hold the brand, and move fast without losing either.

What you'll own

• Design the core product experience — onboarding, biomarker dashboards, health story, protocol delivery
• Build and maintain the design system from scratch across web and mobile
• Own brand application across digital touchpoints — visual language, hierarchy, tone
• Contribute to marketing assets when the product moment calls for it
• Work directly with the founder; no layers, no committees, no long feedback loops

Could be a visual system, a rebrand, a campaign — anything where you set the direction, not just executed it.

Something you took from brief to live in under two weeks. What did you cut, and why?
 

You're a fit if

• You've taken at least one product from zero to live users and made meaningful design decisions along the way
• You have a genuine point of view on brand — you can talk about hierarchy, system thinking, and why visual choices matter
• You default to done over perfect on first pass, and you know the difference between a shortcut that costs you later and one that doesn't
• You're comfortable in ambiguity; you don't need a brief to start moving
• Fast decisions are still good decisions for you — because you've internalised enough craft that speed doesn't mean cutting the wrong things
• Health, longevity, or biotech isn't foreign to you — or you're deeply curious about it
