Role Overview

This role requires direct application of custom built AI assistants and techniques to optimize business development, lead sourcing, personalization, and pipeline execution. You will develop and maintain AI-enhanced workflows that bridge marketing automation, contact intelligence, and sales operations. The goal is to support sales and to engineer revenue growth systems.

Candidates must combine hands-on technical execution with strategic clarity. You will operate autonomously, with direct access to decision-makers and immediate influence over pipeline performance.

Key Responsibilities

Buying Intent & Contact Intelligence

• Aggregate and analyze real-time buying signals from providers (including but not limited to Bombora, Apollo, ZoomInfo,Clearbit)
• Build intent models that track behavioral, firmographic, and technographic signals at both contact and account levels.
• Score and prioritize leads using AI-generated composite intent profiles.

Inbound Segmentation & MQL Automation

⁃ наш клієнт – мультинаціональний e-commerce бізнес, який доставляє замовлення до всіх країн світу

Ключове завдання eZdorovya - побудувати стабільну, політично незалежну, безпечну електронну систему охорони здоров'я, а також створити умови для розвитку вільного та конкурентного ринку ІТ-послуг у медицині та можливостей взаємодії з центральною базою даних eHealth. У зв'язку з розширенням збільшуємо команду DevOps на 2 спеціаліста.

Обов’язки:

Оптимізація використання інфраструктури.

Вимоги:

Вища освіта (IT буде перевагою);

Досвід роботи в ІТ;

Досвід роботи в розробці ПО на стороні виконавця;

Досвід роботи в автоматизації бізнес-процесів;

Знання принципів побудови реляційних баз даних;

Розуміння зв'язків між таблицями бази даних;

Базове знання SQL;

Досвід тестування.

Буде плюсом:

Вміння писати постановки (не use case) на розробників;

Розуміння загальних принципів реалізації інтеграцій між системами;

Досвід налаштування MS Dynamics 365;

Навички використання як мінімум одного із інструментів тестування сервісів (Swagger, Postman, Fiddler).

Обов'язки:

Самостійне налаштування CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) під Замовника, за допомогою вбудованих конструкторів;

Постановка завдань на розробника (Front-end та Back-end);

Документування реалізованого функціоналу;

Функціональне, інтеграційне та регресивне тестування.
