We are looking for Customer care specialist for post-sale support avia products - airline tickets reissue/refunds voluntary/involuntary, ancillaries, etc.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Daily communication with customers, Airlines;
- CRM accounting programs, reports;
- Coordination and applying to certain schedules;
Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
Required skills and qualifications:
- GDS knowledge Sabre, Amadeus, Airlines direct access work experience (will be an advantage);
English, Ukrainian languages.

- Ensure smooth integration with the backend (Node.js, Docker)
