Our solutions are developed in JavaScript and Angular with the foundation based on C++, the VTK framework, and WASM.

    The Academy is a core part of the OneFunded ecosystem, acting as both a standalone educational product and a long-term growth engine for the prop trading platform. We operate globally and scale through performance-driven acquisition, content, and data.
     

    We’re currently looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale the acquisition strategy for OneFunded Academy.
     

    Challenges you will work on

    • Build and scale the User Acquisition function for an education/subscription product
    • Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google (primary channels), with testing of new platforms
    • Design and optimize educational funnels (lead magnet β†’ free content β†’ paid education β†’ ecosystem products)
    • Lead and develop the UA function with a clear path toward Head of Acquisition / Head of Growth (Academy)
    • Establish structured media buying and experimentation frameworks
    • Work closely with content, product, and analytics teams to improve activation, retention, and LTV
    • Manage and scale large marketing budgets ($1M+ monthly) with a strong focus on CAC, payback, and unit economics
    • Implement automation and tooling to improve speed, attribution, and cross-team collaboration
       

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Strong background in B2C subscription or education products (EdTech, FinEd, SaaS, coaching platforms)
    • Proven experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend
    • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads
    • Solid analytical mindset and confidence working with Google Sheets, dashboards, and product analytics tools
    • Deep understanding of user psychology in learning products (motivation, progress, habit-building, upsells)
    • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
    • English level B2+
       

    Nice to have

    • Experience scaling educational or content-driven funnels from scratch
    • Additional paid channels: TikTok, YouTube, Snap, native networks
    • Experience with global markets (US, Tier-1)
    • Understanding of trading / finance / investment education
