Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in online casino retention; real money and crypto casinos are a plus
• Experience as a Head or Lead in the Retention / CRM direction

• Understanding of key metrics: DAU, LTV, Retention, ROI, Churn
• Confident use of analytical tools
