    Who:
We are looking for a senior full-stack product engineer who builds complete features end-to-end using AI-first workflows, not manual coding.

    What:
You will own product features from idea to production using Claude Code to generate, iterate, and ship SvelteKit frontend and Golang backend functionality.

    When:
    Start ASAP.

    Where:
Fully remote, with availability within European or African time zones.

    Why:
We believe AI should do the coding, while engineers focus on product decisions, architecture, quality, and speed.

    Office Environment:
Fast-moving, product-driven team with no QA layer, minimal process, and a strong bias toward shipping.

    Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and demonstrated AI-first engineering capability.

    Position Overview

This is not a traditional engineering role. We are building products with an AI-first mindset, where Claude Code is the primary tool for writing code. Your job is to guide the AI, review its output, make architectural decisions, and ship reliable features fast.

    What You’ll Actually Do

    • Own features end-to-end: specification, generation, deployment, and bug fixes
    • Use Claude Code to generate SvelteKit frontend and Golang backend code
    • Review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and architectural fit
    • Fix bugs to learn the codebase, then rapidly build new features
    • Decide what to build, buy, or generate with AI
    • Talk directly to customers when issues arise and ship fixes the same day

    Our Stack

    • Frontend: SvelteKit, Turbo monorepo, Vercel
    • Backend: Golang monorepo
    • AI: Claude Code (mandatory), other agentic coding tools

    Products You’ll Build

    • APIs for platform features, tooling, and multi-agent systems
    • Internal tools and dashboards
    • B2B and B2C web applications

    You Must Have

    • Proven, hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic AI tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
    • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (exceptional 4-year candidates considered)
    • Strong understanding of SvelteKit and Golang (you must be able to review and reason about AI-generated code)
    • Ownership mindset and responsibility for everything you ship
    • Product thinking β€” you care deeply about why something is built
    • High quality bar β€” you test your own work thoroughly (no QA team)
    • Excellent spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced)
    • Reliable internet connection for daily video calls

You’re a Great Fit If You

    • Get frustrated when development takes weeks instead of days
    • Think in features, systems, and architecture β€” not lines of code
    • Quickly spot subtle bugs in AI-generated output
    • Ship fast, but always verify things actually work
    • Have shipped real products used by real customers

We’re hiring a B2B Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation Manager to own outbound lead generation, warm up potential clients, and pass qualified leads to our sales team. This role focuses on structure, consistency, and quality β€” not spam.

You’ll manage the early stage of our sales funnel. This includes researching and identifying potential B2B clients across US and EU markets, running LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns, and handling inbound leads from social platforms.

    What we’re looking for

    • You have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation for US or EU markets and understand how outbound actually works.
    • You’re confident running outreach campaigns end to end, working with automation tools, enriching lead data, and managing CRM systems. You think in metrics, not guesses, and know how to improve results based on data.

Upper-Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken) is required.

    Nice to have

    • Experience working with design, branding, or digital agencies.

    • A remote-first setup with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00–18:00. If you’re based in Kyiv, you’re welcome to work from our comfortable office near Arsenalna.
    • A smooth, well-structured onboarding process β€” all materials provided, no stress, no chaos.
    • The opportunity to work with brands from all over the world, build strong cases, and grow inside a company that’s actively shaping and raising the standards of the creative industry.

Let’s build a smarter lead generation system together!

    • Drive partner activity: Orchestrate β€œrounding” β€” regular partner check-ins, enablement sessions, and joint campaigns (webinars, AMAs, founder intros) to keep referrals flowing.
    • Report & improve: Maintain spotless PRM/CRM hygiene, forecast partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and loop market feedback to product & marketing.

    About SlotCatalog

SlotCatalog is a leading intelligence and data platform in the online casino industry. We serve both players and industry stakeholders by tracking slot games, providing performance insights, and managing large-scale structured data. The business is profitable and growing, with strong traction across both SEO and direct industry relationships. We are now expanding into regulated markets, direct media sales, and AI-powered tools.

    What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer who thinks in terms of architecture, ownership, and real production impact, not just task execution.

    Role Overview

This role requires architecture-level thinking, responsibility for production systems, and the ability to make technical decisions that directly influence the product and business outcomes.

You will work closely with Product, DevOps, and Data teams, taking ownership of backend services end-to-end: from design and implementation to release, monitoring, and long-term stability.

    What You Will Do

    • Design and evolve SlotCatalog’s PHP backend running in real production
    • Own features and services end-to-end, including releases and post-release stability
    • Make and defend technical and architectural decisions
    • Translate business goals into scalable and maintainable technical solutions together with Product
    • Improve system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability
    • Confidently read, debug, refactor, and modernize existing code
    • Participate in deployments, incident handling, and production troubleshooting
    • Contribute to architectural standards and best practices

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of PHP experience in production environments
    • Strong knowledge of PHP 8+, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
    • Proven experience with Laravel and/or Symfony in large codebases
    • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL / MySQL and relational data modeling
    • Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs under real traffic
    • Confident use of Git, code reviews, and responsibility for merged code
    • Experience working with:
      • Linux environments
      • Docker
      • CI/CD pipelines
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues under pressure

    Ownership & Product Mindset

You are a good fit if you:

    • Think in terms of outcomes, not just tasks
    • Challenge requirements when they are unclear, risky, or inefficient
    • Understand how technical decisions impact performance, SEO, data quality, and business metrics
    • Are comfortable being fully accountable for what goes to production
    • Care about system behavior after release, not only about implementation

    Not a Fit If

    • You need extremely detailed step-by-step tickets
    • You avoid legacy or complex code
    • You have never owned features after release
    • You are not interested in production stability and real user impact

    About SlotCatalog

SlotCatalog is a leading intelligence and data platform in the online casino industry. We serve both players and industry stakeholders by tracking slot games, providing performance insights, and managing large-scale structured data. The business is profitable and growing, with strong traction across both SEO and direct industry relationships. We are now expanding into regulated markets, direct media sales, and AI-powered tools.

    What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of SlotCatalog’s infrastructure, reliability, and DevOps practices at a critical stage of growth.

Until now, infrastructure and operational decisions have been largely founder-led and handled in an ad-hoc manner. This role will become the primary technical owner of production reliability and platform stability, responsible for building a mature, scalable, and well-documented DevOps function.

You will lead the transition from a founder-managed setup to a structured, production-grade DevOps organization, defining standards, processes, and long-term architecture. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will both design and implement solutions, while setting the direction for how infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and observability are built and maintained.

You will act as the key bridge between Engineering, Product, and Leadership, ensuring that delivery speed, system reliability, and security are balanced in a sustainable way. The role requires strong technical depth, ownership mindset, and the ability to make architectural decisions that will support the company’s growth over the next years.

    Responsibilities

    Infrastructure & Reliability Ownership:

    • Own the full lifecycle of production infrastructure and environments.
    • Define and maintain standards for availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
    • Lead the migration and stabilization of infrastructure from DigitalOcean/Hetzner to AWS.

    CI/CD & Automation:

    • Architect and own CI/CD pipelines (GitlabCI) and deployment strategies.
    • Design and implement automation for provisioning, deployment, scaling, and recovery using Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD.

    Kubernetes & Platform Engineering:

    • Own Kubernetes clusters (EKS): architecture, security, networking, scaling, and upgrades.
    • Define best practices for deployments, ingress, secrets management, and service reliability.

    Observability & Incident Management:

    • Own monitoring, logging, and alerting stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
    • Define SLOs/SLAs, alerting policies, and incident response processes.
    • Lead post-incident reviews and reliability improvements.

    Security & Access Management:

    • Own access control, IAM, secrets, network security, SSL/TLS, and compliance basics.
    • Ensure secure-by-design infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

    Collaboration & Technical Leadership:

    • Act as DevOps authority for backend, data, and product teams.
    • Participate in architecture discussions and release planning.
    • Mentor engineers in infrastructure and reliability best practices.
    • Establish documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.

    Requirements & Skills

    • 5+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience, including:
    • At least 2+ years owning AWS production environments.
    • Strong System Administration background (Linux, networking, access control).
    • Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS, networking, autoscaling, security, ingress, secrets).
    • Hands-on experience with:
    • Docker
    • GitlabCI
    • Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD
    • Strong knowledge of:
    • Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
    • High-availability and fault-tolerant architectures
    • Solid understanding of:
    • Networking, security, IAM, VPN, firewalls, SSL/TLS
    • Experience operating and tuning MySQL/MariaDB in cloud environments.
    • Understanding of backend stacks (PHP) to support environment design and deployment optimization.
    • Proven ownership mindset: ability to take responsibility for uptime, performance, and delivery quality.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience designing multi-region, high-availability architectures.
    • Blue-Green / Canary deployment strategies.
    • AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
    • Experience with performance tuning of databases and message queues.
    • Experience building platform standards in fast-growing product companies.

    Technology Stack

    • Infrastructure: DigitalOcean/Hetzner Linux servers.
    • Cloud: AWS (EKS, EC2, S3).
    • Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
    • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.
    • Databases: MariaDB/MySQL.
    • IaC / CI/CD: Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, GitlabCI.
    • Language: The product is written in PHP.
    • Additional Systems: RabbitMQ, Valkey/Redis.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Production stability and incident rate visibly improved.
    • Fully automated, reproducible infrastructure and deployments.
    • Clear DevOps standards, documentation, and runbooks.
    • Predictable release process with strong observability and rollback.
    • Leadership and engineering trust in the DevOps function as a system owner, not just a support role.
