- Own the UA strategy β design and execute a B2C product-led user acquisition strategy for Google & Meta Ads that meets strict unit economics (CAC < LTV, ROAS > 100%).
- Build analytics foundations β collaborate with devs to integrate data from Amplitude, RevenueCat, GA4, and AppsFlyer into actionable dashboards.
- Run and optimize campaigns β set up, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Google Ads for Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
- Track what matters β monitor budget pacing, DAU, MAU, ARPPU, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and ROI across all channels.
- Brief and test creatives β create clear briefs for ad assets, analyze creative performance (hook rate, CPM, ERR), and iterate to improve results.

- 2+ years experience managing Google Ads β from account setup to scaling budgets.

- Experience with Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).

- Have a strong sense of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Communicate clearly and openly in English (intermediate+ required)
