    • 75% of the salary is also paid for «bench». «Bench» means standby time — when you don’t have project and you work on your PDP or other personal/internal tasks to improve your knowledge and skills;
    • Working day from 8:00 to 17:00 (The plan for the day is made at the stand-up meeting and must be accomplished (considering common sense) within the day according to the checkpoints. After accepting the work, the PM finalizes the working day);

    What We Expect from You

    Experience & Background

    • Proven experience in a leadership role (e.g., team leading roles with business expertise, senior executive, or similar), preferably in education, edtech, or IT.
    • 5+ years of experience within education, edtech, or IT.
    • Strong expertise in operations management and business strategy.
    • A track record of leading teams, driving growth, and managing budgets.
    • Experience with board governance and stakeholders relations is a plus.
    • Familiarity with grant management is a plus.
    • C1 level of English is required.
