We are looking for an operational backbone for our team — someone who doesn’t just ask, “What’s the status?”, but spots blockers, helps remove them, and drives projects from idea to release for millions of users.

Your daily focus:

Operational management: Coordinate tasks and internal projects in Notion, update statuses, and keep all project information accurate and up to date.

• Scope client requirements (roles, tech stack, seniority, timeline) and hand off qualified mandates cleanly to the delivery/recruitment team
• Keep pipeline, deal stages, and client records accurate and current in the CRM
• Nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Track market trends in IT outstaffing and our core verticals — software dev, DevOps, cybersecurity, blockchain/fintech

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience — ideally in IT staffing, outstaffing, recruitment, or tech services
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in a commission-driven environment
• Working knowledge of the IT outsourcing/outstaffing or tech recruitment space (or the ability to ramp up fast)
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; additional languages are a plus
• A self-starter mindset — comfortable managing your own pipeline, schedule, and outreach with minimal oversight
• Confidence with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce

• An existing network in tech, HR, or startup ecosystems is a strong plus

About the Role

We are searching for a skilled Content Writer fluent in English and Spanish  with experience in the iGaming industry, covering both sports betting and casino segments. The ideal candidate will create compelling, clear, and accurate content that supports marketing campaigns, CRM communications, promotions, and customer engagement. Basic knowledge of sports betting and an understanding of CRM-driven content, including promotional pages, terms & conditions, is highly desirable. Passion for sport (football, tennis, basketball) would be a great plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit engaging English content related to casino games, sports betting, promotional mechanics, and CRM communications (Emails, InApp, SMS)
• Produce content for promotional pages, terms & conditions, email campaigns, in-app messaging, and other customer-facing materials
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the iGaming sector (both sports and casino)
• Excellent written English skills with strong grammar and editing proficiency
• Spanish language is a plus
• Basic understanding of sports betting terminology, casino promotions and concepts
• Familiarity with iGaming promotional mechanics and bonus structures is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality content
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
