Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager

Live Animations is a Ukrainian gamification company. We create and integrate games and gamified mechanics into mobile applications and digital products for leading brands.

Our projects reach millions of users. Our partners include Silpo, Sense Bank, Nova Poshta, Uklon, Mastercard, Auchan, Kaufland, and other leading Ukrainian and international brands.

We help businesses grow through gamification by increasing retention, user engagement, and app interaction frequency. We develop everything from eye-catching seasonal activations to complex long-term gaming ecosystems.

Position: Project Coordinator / Junior PM
Work format: Hybrid (Kyiv, 1–2 days in the office) or fully remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

We are looking for an operational backbone for our team — someone who doesn’t just ask, “What’s the status?”, but spots blockers, helps remove them, and drives projects from idea to release for millions of users.

Your daily focus:

Operational management: Coordinate tasks and internal projects in Notion, update statuses, and keep all project information accurate and up to date.

Follow-up & execution: Conduct clear follow-ups after meetings, document action items and revisions, and ensure they are completed by the team.

Communication & deadlines: Stay aligned with the team on priorities, monitor specialists’ workload, and oversee time tracking in Notion.

PM support: Assist the Senior PM in maintaining a predictable development process and identifying bottlenecks across tasks.

Process improvement: Look for and suggest more efficient solutions for internal processes instead of simply following existing instructions.

Your background:

Experience: 2–3 years in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Operations.

Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Notion and Google Workspace (basic Figma skills are a plus).

Skills & Mindset:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of follow-ups.
• English at Intermediate+ level.
• Proactive mindset — able to identify issues independently and raise them before they become critical.
• Genuine interest in mobile development, game development, and digital products.
