About the Project

You will be joining a project centered around a web application for medical professionals, which includes training modules and related features. Operating in a healthcare context, the application requires stable, reliable, and well-structured test automation.

- Integrate and maintain automated tests within the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.

- Analyze test execution results, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers as needed.

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-structured test code aligned with project standards.

- Participate in periodic syncs and ongoing communication to clarify requirements, adjust priorities, and report progress.

Requirements

- Middle+ level experience in QA automation (2–3+ years).

- Strong proficiency with Cypress and TypeScript.

- Experience automating tests for web applications.

- Ability to work with manual test documentation and translate it into automated coverage.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD.

- English level: B1

- Ability to increase weekly hours as additional automation scope becomes available.

- Strong self-management and ability to work effectively with mostly asynchronous communication.

What to do: 

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Ad networks, Direct deals) 
• Identify and test new traffic sources 
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CPR, CPC, CPM, ATPU, ROMI etc.) 
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages 
• Manage budgets efficiently to ensure profitability and scalability
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives 
• Stay up-to-date with trends in media buying 
  
  We are looking for: 
   
• 3+ years in media buying, preferably in iGaming, betting 
• Experience of working with ad networks (Exoclick, TrafficStars, PropellerAds, TrafficJunky, MGID, etc) and formats Push, Pops, Native banner, Teaser etc. 
• Experience with Direct deals and Telegram ads will be a plus. 
• Strong understanding of the Spanish LATAM market 
• Ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics
• Familiarity with tracking platforms (Keitaro, Voluum etc.) 
• Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and scale successful campaigns
