    Key tasks:

    Your background:

    • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

    • Fluent English (written & spoken).
    • Experience in the SaaS industry is highly desirable.

    Objectives (First 90 Days)

    0–30 days
    1. Deep dive into the existing codebase, architecture, and dev processes.
    2. Learn the full scope of our LLM ops infrastructure and API ecosystem.
    3. Set up local and staging environments and fix onboarding friction for devs if any.
    4. Ship 2-3 small or medium features to get familiar with the stack, cloud code, and deployment flow.

    30-60 days
    5. Take full ownership of at least one core feature from spec to production.
    6. Improve performance or stability in one major area such as API scalability, search mechanisms, or MCP server integration.
    7. Collaborate with CTO on architectural improvements, LLM ops optimization, and tech debt prioritization.

    60–90 days
    8. Deliver 2–3 high impact features including scalable API enhancements or new MCP server implementations.
    9. Reduce average feature delivery time by X percent for better velocity.
    10. Document and implement best practices for testing, monitoring, code reviews, and LLM ops management.
