We are looking for a Financial Controller who will take ownership of marketing expenses management — ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing expenses policy aligned with company goals and performance metrics
• Ensure strict control over execution of marketing budgets across all channels
• Establish, document, and consistently apply market benchmarks to validate the reasonableness of marketing spend

Professional Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in controlling, internal audit for procurement in retail networks or production
• Proven track record in developing and enforcing internal policies
• Upper-intermediate level of English; Ukrainian – fluent/native
