The Financial Controller position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Director of Finance. The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, timely and accurate financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and partnering with leadership to support decision-making and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with experienced BAs and development teams to understand how real digital products are built and delivered.

What You’ll Be Learning

• Fundamentals of business analysis
• How to collect, document, and analyze business and technical requirements
• Preparing documentation: user stories, specifications, requirements, presentations
• Working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Participation in project meetings: daily stand-ups, planning, demos
• Understanding and applying SDLC in practice

During the internship, you will work alongside experienced Business Analysts and development teams, supporting requirement analysis, documentation preparation, and communication with project stakeholders.

What You Will Be Learning

Throughout the internship, you will develop key Business Analysis skills, including:

Requirements Analysis

• Collecting and documenting basic functional requirements
• Structuring and analyzing gathered information
• Identifying missing information and clarifying requirements
• Supporting the preparation of user stories and specifications

Business Analysis Documentation

• Creating user flows, diagrams, and documentation
• Maintaining and updating requirements documentation
• Organizing information in shared project workspaces

Project Collaboration

• Participating in Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, planning sessions, demos

Communication Skills
