Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst

Dynamica Labs invites a Business Analyst /Project Manager(CRM)  for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to our clients. This position is for those currently working in client-facing roles such as QA, BA, PM, Technical Support Specialist or similar. We provide comprehensive training for transitioning into this role. 
 
 FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Participation in projects for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. 
• Configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to fit the client's business processes. 
• Interaction with the development department in terms of writing tasks for system customization, controlling deadlines and quality of execution. 
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service levels. 
• Meeting deadlines and reporting on completed work.
   

    WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

• 1+ year of experience in IT field
• Desire to continuously learn new things 
• Technically savvy 
• English language proficiency at the upper-intermediate level or higher (Communication with English-speaking clients)
• Higher education
  
      WOULD BE A PLUS: 
• Higher education in technical  fields 
• Experience working in an IT company 
• Experince working with CRM systems
• Experience as a PM/BA or relevant courses
