About the Project:

Our Customer Service Department consists of 20 people who directly assist clients in resolving their issues. We have all the necessary tools for effective department management: a Senior Product Manager, Team Lead Dispatchers, Dispatchers, Quality Control, Customer Support, and Sales.

The Main Goal of the Position:

You’ll be the first point of contact between clients and technicians. You’ll be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting the schedule, progress, and reports of technical specialists.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with Time Series Focus on behalf of our client — an early-stage Israeli startup revolutionizing real estate investment through AI and alternative data. The company is building an intelligent platform that helps investors identify high-return opportunities at the ZIP-code level using predictive analytics, risk modeling, and automated investment strategies.

This is a hands-on role for someone with deep expertise in time-series forecasting. You’ll work with large-scale, unconventional data sources — from mobility signals to macroeconomic trends — to build models that predict property values, rental income, and market dynamics before they become visible to the wider market. Your work will directly impact the product and drive real investor outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and iterate on time-series forecasting models (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTMs, transformers, etc.) for real estate pricing, rent prediction, and investment risk evaluation

• Engineer and integrate alternative data sources: location mobility, social signals, macroeconomic indicators, and more

• Collaborate with engineering to deploy models into production and ensure real-time performance at scale

• Develop internal dashboards and visualizations to make outputs accessible and intuitive for investors

• Shape the data infrastructure and tools that power the company’s core analytics stack

• Partner with product and executive teams to embed insights across strategy and product development

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on time-series modeling

• Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Jupyter) and experience with time-series libraries such as statsmodels, prophet, darts, etc.

• Strong SQL skills — including performance-tuned queries, complex joins, and data aggregations

• Hands-on experience building and deploying supervised ML models (e.g., XGBoost, regression models, neural networks)

• Comfortable working with noisy, real-world data from diverse sources

• Ability to clearly communicate analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Estonian software company (15+ years in the market, innovative web & mobile solutions for transportation management) is looking for a Support Engineer in Kyiv (on-site).

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2 years of technical support experience (1st-2nd line);

- Practical skills with Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP;

- MySQL skills;

- Higher education;

- Technical English (higher proficiency is a plus).
