    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, improve campaign efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. This role involves collecting and analyzing data from various marketing channels, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting A/B testing, and optimizing marketing spend. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, and performance measurement to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Data-driven insights generation to achieve marketing goals and improve marketing performance.
    • Organizing the process from idea generation to A/B testing, analyzing test results, and implementing changes based on the obtained results.
    • Gather and organize data from internal databases and various marketing channels (website traffic, direct communication campaigns, digital ads, etc.) 
    • Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations for monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as ROI, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
    • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
    • Segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and engagement.
    • A/B test campaigns, calculate planned performance metrics, and measure effectiveness.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance. Track industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging marketing technologies.
    • Set up and control of all marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adjust etc.
    • Calculating the planned ROI for marketing campaigns and summarising the actual result.
    • Presentations with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual results

     

    Expected Results:

    • Developed and maintained real-time dashboards tracking key marketing metrics, including leads, deals, CAC, applications, CPA (cost per application), clicks, CPC, bounce rates, etc., with data refreshed at least once per hour.
    • Achieved at least a 10% reduction in CAC by implementing A/B test insights and making data-driven decisions, improving efficiency across markets: Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico, Spain.
    • Guaranteeing fully automated data collection and processing, ensuring the marketing team does not spend time on data gathering or manual adjustments.

     

    Professional Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation (5+ years of experience).
    • Experience with Data Analytics & Visualization Tools: Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), SQL (for querying databases), Power BI / Looker (for data visualization).
    • Experience with Digital Analytics Tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adjust, Appsflyer.
    • Proficiency in SEO Analytics Tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, and other similar platforms.
    • Skilled in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize marketing performance, with a focus on deriving actionable, data-driven insights.
    • Experience in Customer Segmentation & Cohort Analysis.
    • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • English - ability to work with English speaking team is a MUST

    • Experience in the PDL niche will be a plus

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Lead Character Artist who specializes in semi-realistic, realistic and hyperrealistic human characters β€” both in game development and cinematic production. You’ll work closely with a senior team to deliver hero-quality characters with precise anatomy, clean topology, and engine-ready output.

    This is a hands-on, production-focused role for someone with deep knowledge of the character pipeline β€” from sculpting and simulation to texturing and final engine integration.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and lead the character art development process β€” from sculpting high-resolution models to game-ready assets (retopo, UVs, baking, texturing).
    • Supervise and review work produced by the character team to ensure consistency in quality, style, and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with Art Director, Rigging, Animation, Tech Art, and Game Design teams to ensure characters are visually compelling and technically sound.
    • Translate 2D concepts or photogrammetry scans into 3D characters that are production-ready.
    • Establish and maintain pipelines, workflows, naming conventions, and documentation for efficient production and onboarding.
    • Ensure optimal asset performance for real-time engines (Unreal Engine / Unity), including LODs, polycount budget, and texture memory usage.
    • Mentor and support junior and mid-level artists, providing feedback, training, and guidance when needed.
    • Research and implement new tools and techniques to improve character production efficiency and quality.
    • Drive outsourcing coordination: giving feedback, performing QA, and ensuring external deliveries match studio standards.
       

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in game development or CGI industry as a character artist.
    • 1+ years of experience in a leadership or senior position.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing realistic or stylized character art (including anatomy, costuming, and facial expression systems).
    • Expert knowledge of industry-standard software: ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter/Designer, Marmoset/Toolbag, Photoshop, etc.
    • Solid understanding of topology for deformation, rigging constraints, and blendshape creation.
    • Familiarity with character integration into game engines (UE5 or Unity), including material setup and shader basics.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills; ability to work across departments and manage production schedules.
