We're looking for a hands-on Android Product Manager to one of our core product with 20+ millions of active users globally. You'll define the product roadmap, drive growth through subscriptions and monetization, improve retention, and use AI-powered workflows to deliver features that make a measurable business impact.

This is a highly autonomous position reporting directly to the CEO/CTO.

Your mission

Own and continuously evolve our Android product to:

• Increase subscription revenue
• Improve user retention and engagement
• Optimize advertising monetization

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Android application
• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
• Write high-quality PRDs and user stories using AI-assisted workflows (Claude/Antigravity) rather than manual documentation
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Android Engineers, QA, Design, Data, and Growth teams
• Monitor Android platform updates, Google Play policies, privacy requirements, and OS changes to proactively adapt the product
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, and product performance using Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B experiments
• Work closely with the monetization team to optimize subscriptions, Google Play Billing, AdMob, mediation platforms, and native advertising while maintaining a great user experience
• Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive product experiences used by millions of people worldwide

What we're looking for

Must have:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with B2C mobile applications
• Strong expertise with Android products and the Android ecosystem
• Deep understanding of Google Play policies, Android OS behavior, permissions, notifications, and Material Design
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics to drive decisions
• Experience working with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Firebase, or Google Analytics
• Technical understanding of APIs, client-server architecture, JSON integrations, SDKs, and mobile application limitations
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously with full ownership
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (particularly Claude) as part of daily product management workflows

• Досвід інтеграції зовнішніх API з кешуванням (Redis), rate-limit awareness, retries/backoff;
• Робоче знання OPC UA (промисловий протокол) і мережевого стеку (TCP/IP, TLS, failover/reconnect-логіка для нестабільних з'єднань) - це ключова відмінність ролі: людина мала особисто "боротись" за надійність з'єднання, а не вважати це "проблемою інфраструктурної команди";
• Досвід contract-first / spec-driven розробки (OpenAPI, Pydantic, gRPC) та побудови агентних пайплайнів (CrewAI, LangGraph тощо) для автоматизації інженерних процесів — це не побічна вимога, а одна з ключових;

Потрібен консультант (fractional CPO / Head of Product / Technical Delivery Manager) для проведення співбесід і оцінки кандидатів. 

Що потрібно оцінити:

1. Product Discovery - вміння вести безперервну валідацію гіпотез, збирати фідбек від B2B-користувачів і перетворювати його в пріоритети roadmap (не просто теорія, а конкретні кейси з досвіду кандидата)
2. Технічна глибина - здатність вести змістовну технічну розмову з Backend Lead / SRE, читати API-документацію, писати базовий SQL, розуміти структуру даних без "перекладача"
3. Backlog Ownership & PM<>BA Tandem - досвід декомпозиції бізнес-цілей на epics, передачі вимог бізнес-аналітику для деталізації.
4. Delivery Execution - вміння координувати кілька паралельних інженерних напрямків (backend, frontend, SRE, security) і тримати передбачуваний реліз-каденс

5. Адаптивність - здатність перемикатись між "швидкою і гнучкою" роботою (перевірка гіпотез) і "суворою і структурованою" (стабілізація core-платформи).

    

Формат: структуроване інтерв'ю, підготувати звіт з оцінкою по кожному пункту (шкала, або коментар) і рекомендацією клієнту.

We're looking for a Senior Django / JS Engineer with deep Django expertise and server-rendered frontend skills to take full ownership of the core web platform. Concretely: the Django backend, the REST API, the async job layer, the access-control model, and the dispatcher dashboard that operators rely on 24/7. You will work alongside the Lead and the CTO while taking ownership of the entire stack.
 

You own the platform end to end. Day to day: you build features from the core Django backend and REST API to the server-rendered dashboard and telemetry visualizations, using Celery, Redis, RBAC, and audit logging throughout the platform.
 

One thing to be clear about: commands issued through this platform reach live power plants. That is why access control and audit logging are must-haves here, not a checkbox.

What you'll do

• Develop and own the core Django application end to end: Django backend, REST API, server-rendered dashboard, async job layer, and access-control model
• Design and optimize ORM queries - and know what SQL your querysets actually produce
• Write and deploy migrations against live schemas without downtime
• Build and maintain the Celery layer: task design, periodic jobs, retries, idempotency, queue routing
• Build and maintain dispatcher-facing dashboards and telemetry visualizations
• Design and enforce the RBAC model across the full stack
• Build audit logging as a tamper-evident trail: who, what, when, from where, with what result
• Work in a Spec-Driven Development workflow, treating OpenAPI/Pydantic specifications as the source of truth for API contracts and UI state

Must have

• 5+ years of production experience with Django: This is the core of the role. The interview will go deep into:
  • ORM: Query optimization, select_related/prefetch_related, annotations, and deep understanding of generated SQL.
  • Migrations: Safe deployment on live schemas without downtime.
  • DRF: Serializers, viewsets, permissions, and versioning.
  • Django Internals: Signals, custom management commands, and leveraging the admin as a tool.
• 3+ years of production experience with Celery & Redis: Mandatory, not "used it once." Task design, periodic jobs (celery beat), idempotent tasks, retries, queue routing, and Redis strategies (cache invalidation, TTLs).
• RBAC & Audit Logging: Designing role models (dispatcher/operator/admin) on the principle of least privilege. Every command must be logged—who, what, when, result—as a tamper-evident audit trail for live power plants.
• Full-Stack UI/UX: You own the "face" of the EMS platform.
  • SSR-First: You are comfortable in a server-rendered Django environment (template inheritance, custom tags/filters).
  • Vanilla Fundamentals: Strong grasp of modern CSS (grid/flexbox) and semantic HTML.
  • Data Visualization: You must be able to implement or adapt charting libraries (amCharts/ECharts) to visualize time-series telemetry.
  • AI-Driven Frontend: You treat UI as a spec. You use AI to generate boilerplate templates and interactivity, allowing you to focus purely on the UX reasoning and complex data representation rather than manual DOM manipulation.
• Engineering Rigor:
  • PostgreSQL: Indexes, transactions, and reading query plans.
  • Testing: Pytest, writing testable code for views/serializers/tasks.
  • English: B1 (documentation, written communication).
• Spec-Driven Development (SDD): You treat specifications (OpenAPI/Pydantic) as the source of truth for both API contracts and UI state.
• Agentic Pipelines: Experience building or using agent-based workflows (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph) to automate backend engineering, deployment, and UI boilerplate generation.

Nice to have

• Frontend & UX: amCharts (v5) expertise; HTMX / Alpine.js for SSR-friendly interactivity; experience with UI design tools (Figma/Sketch) for rapid prototyping; Tailwind / Bootstrap or building small design systems; Accessibility (WCAG) and dark-mode optimization.
• Backend & Infrastructure: FastAPI / Pydantic v2, asyncio; Docker / Docker Compose, CI pipelines; TimescaleDB or MongoDB.
• Domain & Standards: Industrial connectivity (OPC UA, Modbus); Energy domain (PV / BESS); Security-standard exposure (IEC 62443, NIS2).

We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to become the technical owner of the backend platform: you decide how it is built.

The MVP is live and it proved the product works. Now it has to become a platform that holds under load, over unreliable networks, on a 24/7 production system - which means new services designed properly, an engineering standard that does not exist yet (Spec-Driven Development, AI-powered pipelines, CI/CD, review), and the old shortcuts retired along the way.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of the backend: Django, DRF, FastAPI services, Celery, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis, and the OPC UA components
• Audit the existing MVP end to end and define the refactoring strategy.
• Design reliable failover for site connectivity so telemetry and commands keep working over unstable networks
• Balance fast product validation against long-term platform stability, and re-prioritize when the business shifts
• Build AI-powered engineering workflows (agentic pipelines) and make Spec-Driven Development the standard
• Work with cybersecurity specialists on IEC 62443 and translate its requirements into platform architecture
• Set the engineering standards: code quality, reviews, CI/CD, testing, API stability

Must have

• 6+ years of commercial Python, with strong production experience across: Django and DRF, FastAPI (Pydantic v2), Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker / Docker Compose, pytest and CI/CD
• System design, hands-on: you have defined service boundaries, API contracts, data flows and scalable architectures for production - and can walk through decisions you made and what they cost
• Authorization models by design: RBAC, least privilege, Django/DRF permission systems, object-level permissions, and consistent enforcement across distributed services
• Resilient third-party integrations: retries with exponential backoff, rate-limit handling, Redis caching and invalidation strategies, graceful degradation when an upstream service goes down
• OPC UA - working knowledge: client/server model, namespaces, subscriptions, security modes
• AI-driven engineering: contract-first / Spec-Driven Development (OpenAPI/Swagger, Pydantic, gRPC), plus experience building or using agentic pipelines - CrewAI, LangGraph, or your own orchestration - to automate code generation, tests, documentation, review or integration validation
