About the Role
You will support end users and customer environments for an MSP. The work is focused on Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Intune, and SentinelOne. The role requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure during high-volume periods.

The interview process

The interview process is short (but thorough) and will consist of 4 steps:

•Intro conversation (videocall): 20min conversation to validate your fit with the position and align on the approach for the technical interview

•Technical interview (on-site): you present a personal project or one of your prior involvements from end to end, with our team asking targeted questions

•Feedback (written/videocall): you will receive feedback about the technical conversation either in written form or through a call

•Contractual alignment (videocall): our operations manager will walk you through our overall compensation package and practical arrangement

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust pre-match and live odds.
• Track margin performance and manage exposure using risk tools.
• Identify sharp players and configure limits, delays, and market restrictions.
• Analyze key metrics (margin, GGR, exposure) and support process optimization.
• Collaborate with traders, BI, and product teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Sportsbook / Trading / Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of sports lines, markets, and risk principles.
• Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions in live scenarios.
• Solid analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of player behavior (recreational vs sharp).

• Experience with BackOffice & CMS systems (bonuses, segments, tournaments).
• Understanding of game content operations and provider portfolios.

🎯 Your future responsibilities

Game Content Operations

• Manage the full lifecycle of game content: adding, testing, activating, updating, and archiving games.
• Launch new game providers and maintain their content portfolio.
• Keep casino lobbies updated: categories, top lists, new releases, localized recommendations.
• Monitor game availability across all GEOs and segments.
• Review game rounds and escalate cases to providers when needed.

Product Operations

• Prepare the product for launches in new locales (currencies, languages, content, providers).
• Configure static and dynamic customer segments.
• Maintain internal product documentation: bonus standards, templates, segmentation rules.
• Adjust and publish website content based on team requests.
• Monitor stability: provider downtime, technical incidents, mass errors — escalate when necessary.
• Handle tickets from Support & VIP teams: investigate issues and deliver solutions together with cross-functional teams.

Promo & CRM Operations

• Configure bonuses (deposit, cashback, free spins, no-deposit, etc.).
• Set up tournaments, quests, and promo campaigns.
• Maintain a daily/weekly promo calendar.
• Validate bonus setups and perform compensations when errors occur.
• Manage VIP & Loyalty program configurations.
• Maintain a structured bonus library.

Required skills:

• JDK11/Java11 - a relatively outdated version from 2018; should be able to work without new fancy features and with old dependencies (choose them wisely and pay attention to vulnerabilities).
• Spring Boot: REST controllers, Feign clients, auto-config (IoC/DI), JPA repositories (DAL)
• Spring Boot Test: integration tests framework (Mock services and API clients)
• [optional] Docker: Basic knowledge of Dockerfile syntax, understanding of how to work with the Docker container registry (push, tagging)
• [optional] Kafka: Basic knowledge for integration into a Spring application: Producer/Consumer configs, serialization/deserialization, ack/nack
• [optional] HashiCorp Vault: Basic understanding of the Vault KV engine, Spring config (application.yaml) import from Vault, basic knowledge of the Vault CLI is also helpful

Responsibilities:

• Payment provider integrations and product improvements according to the company strategy;

• Develop, deploy, and support Spring Boot-based services;

• Deploy and configure the system on various environments in the Kubernetes cluster;

• Ensure system performance in production environments;

• Develop architecture and system design;

• Improve teamwork;

• Implement ideas from Product Backlog into a reliable working product.
