Risk Manager Sportsbook $$ Offline

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust pre-match and live odds.
• Track margin performance and manage exposure using risk tools.
• Identify sharp players and configure limits, delays, and market restrictions.
• Analyze key metrics (margin, GGR, exposure) and support process optimization.
• Collaborate with traders, BI, and product teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Sportsbook / Trading / Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of sports lines, markets, and risk principles.
• Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions in live scenarios.
• Solid analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of player behavior (recreational vs sharp).
