About the role

We are looking for an Event Manager to support and coordinate B2B events across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, communicating with vendors and partners, managing multiple stakeholders, and keeping events well-structured, on time, and on budget.

✅ Твої майбутні задачі:

• проєктування та оптимізація end-to-end маркетингових воронок (Facebook Ads → PWA/App/Landing/etc. → реєстрація → депозит);
• проведення A/B та мультиваріантного тестування на всіх етапах воронки;
• аналіз ефективності кампаній і воронок на основі ключових метрик (CTR, CPC, CR, FTD, ROI, LTV тощо);
• робота з різними типами воронок, включаючи PWA та WebView рішення;
• побудова та оптимізація логіки редіректів і маршрутизації трафіку;
• робота з клоакінг-рішеннями (розуміння принципів і обмежень платформ);
• постановка задач і контроль реалізації воронок у TDS (логіка розподілу трафіку, редіректи, роутинг);
• співпраця з медіабаїнг-командою, розробниками, дизайнерами та тестувальниками для покращення конверсії;

Product Marketing Manager — Мобільний застосунок Yakaboo

Yakaboo — найбільший книжковий інтернет-магазин України. Ми розвиваємо власний мобільний застосунок і шукаємо Product Marketing Manager, що допоможе зробити його ще кориснішим та популярнішим серед читачів.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Оновлення промо-блоків у застосунку: планування, погодження контенту та своєчасне розміщення
• Налаштування та відправка push-сповіщень: сегментація аудиторії, A/B тестування, аналіз результатів
• Організація та координація промо-акцій спільно з контрагентами (видавництва, партнери, спонсори)
• Ведення статистики та регулярна звітність по ключових метриках застосунку (DAU/MAU, конверсія, CTR промо)
• Розробка та реалізація маркетингових кампаній для мобільного застосунку
• Участь у формуванні продуктової стратегії разом із командою розробки

3. Постійний пошук точок росту та ASO оптимізація для досягнення KPI по ROAS по проєктах.
4. Навчання Junior ASO спеціалістів. 
5. Тісна взаємодія з кросфункціональними командами Creative та User Acquisition.
