    We are looking for a creative marketing manager to lead and organize our creative production process. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and generating compelling content across various platforms. You will collaborate with our talented team to ensure the creation of high-quality advertising assets that resonate with our audience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Operating the process of analyzing, creating and testing of ad creatives for paid ads
    • Generating and testing marketing hypotheses through creative content
    • Organizing the creative process, including brainstorming sessions and team activities to generate ideas
    • Analyzing competitors' creatives and players in different niches to identify trends and best practices
    • Managing the creative production process, including coordinating the work of designers and copywriters, setting technical tasks, and ensuring timelines and quality. Π‘hannels of creative’s delivery: Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.
    • Internal and external communication regarding creatives (with teams, partners, freelancers, and contractors)
