    We’re looking for a Amazon Account Manager to own and scale our portfolio on Amazon — from launch to growth strategy, positioning, pricing, and P&L performance.     What you’ll do

     

    • Lead product launches on Amazon from scratch: research → positioning → pre-launch setup → post-launch acceleration.
    • Build and optimize product listings for search visibility, conversion, and BSR growth — including SEO, pricing, reviews, and creative briefs.
    • Analyze Brand Analytics, Helium10, keyword data, competitor gaps — and turn insights into high-ROI decisions.
    • Own product strategy: define how each SKU competes, who it serves, and how it scales.
    • Run A/B tests, keyword split-tests, funnel experiments, and scale what works.
    • Collaborate with PPC, design, affiliate teams to align on launch and scaling strategies.
    • Monitor revenue, margin, conversion rates, reviews, return rate — and report what drives or blocks growth.
    • Ensure smooth collaboration with supply chain and operations — from launch stock planning to restocking timelines.


     

    You’ll be a great fit if you…

     

    • Have 4+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, ideally in supplements, wellness, or beauty.
    • Have launched and grown 6-figure Amazon products, with proven impact on revenue and ranking.
    • Think in terms of performance metrics, not just “improving listings.”
    • Are comfortable with tools like Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, Looker, etc.
    • Understand what sells on Amazon — and how to align keywords, price, visuals, reviews into a strong funnel.
    • Have strong commercial sense: you get lifecycle, pricing, bundling, positioning, and what drives LTV.
    • Can structure your work independently, drive your own roadmap, and challenge assumptions with data.


     

    What we’re looking for
     

    • Experience managing Amazon products from strategy to execution.
    • Strong understanding of conversion levers, SEO and Amazon algorithms.
    • Analytical skills — Google Sheets, dashboards (basic SQL or BI tools are a plus).
    • Fluent English — content quality matters, and so does understanding your audience.
    • Previous experience in supplements, healthcare, or wellness is a strong advantage.
    • Understanding of FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon content policies is a big plus.

    The role focuses on manual testing for new releases, maintaining and expanding test

    cases, reporting results, and gradually moving towards AI-assisted automated testing.

    This role is critical to ensure reliable, consistent testing without overburdening functional

    teams. Key Responsibilities

    • Execute existing manual test steps across projects and releases.

    • Refine, enhance, and expand manual test cases to ensure comprehensive

    coverage.

    • Maintain a catalogue of manual test steps for both current and upcoming projects.

    • Develop and maintain QA reports tracking test results, defects, and progress.

    • Assist in diagnosing issues with test scripts or product functionality.

    • Support resolution of support tickets related to QA testing.

    • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure testing is efficient and non-disruptive.

    • Progressively convert manual test cases into automated test suites using AI-

    assisted tools.

    • Perform other QA-related tasks as required.

    • Proven experience in manual QA testing across multiple projects.

    • Understanding of automation testing concepts and willingness to work with AI-

    assisted tools.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality test

    documentation.

    • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and

    non-technical stakeholders.
