Your primary mission is to integrate, configure, and optimize PSPs to ensure stable, fast, and efficient transactions, while building scalable payment processes. You will drive technical communication, monitor key performance metrics, and directly influence how our payment infrastructure operates.

This role is for someone who wants not just to “handle integrations,” but to design scalable flows, improve PSP collaboration, launch new markets, and optimize payment solutions globally. You’ll have the freedom to test hypotheses, refine routing logic, run A/B tests, and shape the system for maximum efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

• Integrate and support PSPs, payment methods, APMs, and other providers, ensuring stable configurations and optimal transaction routing.
• Design and improve cascading logic, fallback flows, and A/B tests to increase approval rates.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for PSPs: integrations, updates, and incident support.
• Analyze transaction flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose technical improvements together with Product and Development teams.
• Monitor payment metrics, investigate anomalies, and maintain dashboards for key KPIs.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Treasury, and BizDev to support launches, resolve incidents, and drive automation.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Experience in PSP integrations or Payments (minimum 2 years).
• Solid understanding of APIs and Webhooks – REST, callbacks, and PSP technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience integrating PSPs, gateways, APMs, wallets, or card processors.
• Knowledge of routing/cascading logic: approval flows, fallback, retries, limits, and currency handling.
• Technical troubleshooting skills: logs, response codes, latency analysis, transaction anomalies.
• Experience with PSP dashboards, payment panels, and reconciliation tools.
• Strong analytical skills – working with KPIs, decline reasons, conversion metrics (SQL/BI is a plus).
• Experience in documenting technical configs, integration requirements, and provider settings.
• Understanding of PCI, KYC/AML basics, fraud indicators, and provider SLAs.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer with deep experience in computer vision, model development, and MLOps pipelines. 

The ideal candidate will work closely with robotics and software teams to design and deploy intelligent systems for automated blade
surface inspection, defect detection, and autonomous perception.

Key Responsibilities
• Design algorithms for feature extraction, defect classification, and visual analytics

Core Responsibilities
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex production issues across Ruby-based systems.
• Analyze and clearly distinguish between:
Product bugs
Expected system behavior
Customer integration or configuration issues
• Debug API integrations and payment gateway interactions.
• Reproduce and analyze issues using tools such as Postman, internal logs, and monitoring systems.
• Act as the Tier 3 technical escalation layer for customer-facing support teams.
• Provide structured, well-written technical explanations for Support and customers.
• Document findings and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering when product changes or fixes are required.
• Participate in technical reviews and RFC discussions when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong production experience with Ruby.
• Deep experience debugging API-driven and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and payment gateway integrations.
• Advanced Postman proficiency.
• Working knowledge of fullstack troubleshooting (low-to-medium proficiency across multiple languages).
• Ability to emulate customer-side implementations (iFrame + HTML/JS).
• Experience tracing system interactions across services (e.g., gateway → core → orchestration layer).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working primarily in text-based communication.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Own and drive the backend direction of the company as one of the key technical leaders;
• Design and implement new game mechanics on top of our existing PGS, extend its capabilities, and contribute to core gameplay engine development;
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript;
• Work closely with Game Logic, Frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integrations, real-time performance, and platform-wide consistency;

• Design and maintain backend infrastructure: schemas, caching, messaging flows, microservices, gateways;

🧠 What you bring

• 5+ years of backend development experience, including ownership of complex systems or features;
• Strong expertise with Node.js + TypeScript and modern frameworks (Fastify, Nest.js);
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis;
• Solid experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka) and queue-based, event-driven design patterns;
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and real-time communication (WebSocket, Socket.io);

We are Fellows, an iGaming team with a strong media buying background and 5+ years on the market. We are scaling fast and are looking for a Recruiter based in Kazakhstan who can actually close strong Media Buyer positions, not just collect CVs.
 

What is critical for us:

• Experience working inside a media buying team or recruitment agency
• Proven Media Buyer hires in iGaming (Facebook, Google, UAC, PPC, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the market: where to source media buyers, what motivates them, how to properly “sell” the offer and the team
• Ability to manage candidates end-to-end: from first contact to onboarding

• Independently close Media Buyer (iGaming) roles
