• Досвід роботи з менеджерами — проведення 1:1, підтримка командних змін, поради у people-викликах.
• Аналітичний підхід: умієш збирати й інтерпретувати HR-метрики, помічати тенденції, робити висновки.
• Досвід роботи з HRIS / ATS / Google Workspace (або готовність швидко освоїти).
• Уміння працювати з конфіденційною інформацією — довіра для нас понад усе.

• бути основною точкою контакту між командою та менеджментом
• проведення 1:1 зустрічей, eNPS та Performance Review
• виявлення проблем у взаємодії команд та допомога у їх вирішенні
• супровід онбордингу та адаптації нових співробітників
• підтримка HR-процесів: оцінка, розвиток, залученість
• формування HR-аналітики та ініціація покращень

Головна задача — розвивати команду та вибудовувати ефективну взаємодію між людьми та бізнесом.
 

Наші очікування:

• досвід на позиції HR / HR People Partner / HR BP від 6 місяців
• сильні комунікаційні навички
• вміння працювати з HR-аналітикою (eNPS, 360°, OKR / KPI)
• орієнтація як на людей, так і на бізнес-результат
• буде перевагою досвід у digital / iGaming / affiliate
• буде плюсом психологічна освіта
