Обовʼязки:

Ти нам підходиш, якщо:

• Маєш від 1 років досвіду на позиції HR / People Partner / HR Generalist (буде плюсом досвід в IT або iGaming).
• Маєш досвід з HRIS та розумієш як ефективно використовувати HR-системи.

Ваша основна місія:
Recruitment Team Lead — це візіонер, який об'єднує рекрутингові місії Мінцифри в єдиний злагоджений механізм. Ця роль існує для того, щоб забезпечити безперебійне залучення найкращих талантів, трансформувати процеси підбору через автоматизацію та сучасні методології, і формувати команду, здатну передбачати потреби екосистеми ще до їх виникнення. Ваш вплив безпосередньо визначає якість людського капіталу, що будує цифрову державу.

У фокусі роботи:
– аналіз запитів від команд екосистеми, прогнозування попиту на таланти та стратегічне планування черги найму;
– формування OKR-ів команди рекрутингу відповідно до пріоритетів екосистеми та погодження позицій із HRD, фінансовим управлінням і керівниками підрозділів;
– планування та коригування пріоритетності вакансій у Jira, контроль якості рекрутингового сервісу та звітування для керівництва;
– управління розвитком recruit fire teams: 1:1, ретроспективи, внутрішні навчання та впровадження нових методологій;
– оптимізація та автоматизація рекрутингових процесів, у тому числі впровадження AI-функціоналу спільно з технічними фахівцями;
– дослідження та тестування нових платформ і методологій відбору А-гравців для підвищення конкурентності екосистеми на ринку праці;
– розвиток бренду роботодавця, кризові комунікації та амбасадорство рекрутингової функції в межах екосистеми.

Від вас очікуємо:
– вища освіта (бакалаврський або магістерський рівень);
– 4+ роки досвіду в рекрутингу, з яких щонайменше 1–2 роки — на позиції тимліда або старшого рекрутера з функцією менторства;
– готовність працювати в офісі, в Києві;
– досвід управління командою рекрутерів та побудови процесів підбору з нуля або їх трансформації;
– впевнене володіння Jira або аналогічними інструментами управління проєктами та рекрутинговими процесами;
– досвід впровадження ATS-систем, автоматизації та AI-інструментів у рекрутинг;
– навички стратегічного планування, аналітики ринку праці та роботи з метриками рекрутингу;
– досвід взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами різних рівнів — від тімлідів до вищого керівництва.

Буде плюсом:
– досвід рекрутингу в IT або державному секторі / екосистемі цифрових продуктів;
– знання англійської мови на рівні Upper-Intermediate або вище;
– досвід розробки та реалізації стратегії HR-бренду роботодавця.
