HR Director

We are an international company with a fully remote team of 50+ employees. We are currently looking for an HR Director who will take charge of developing the HR function and working with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and developing the company’s HR function.
- Recruiting and hiring employees: managers, marketers, designers, and other specialists.
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Developing a performance review and employee evaluation system.
- Collaborating with team leaders on issues related to employees and their development.
- Fostering corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Working to improve retention and reduce employee turnover.
- Developing and refining HR processes and internal policies.
- Overseeing HR operations in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Preparing HR reports and analytics for senior management.

We’re looking for:

- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the role of HR Lead, Head of HR, or HR Director.
- Experience working with international and remote teams.
- Strong recruiting and people management skills.
- Ability to independently establish and improve HR processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- English: confident working level.
