• Збір, аналіз і специфікація бізнес-вимог;
• Декомпозиція бізнес-вимог до рівня нефукціональних та функціональних вимог з достатнім рівнем деталізації;
• Представлення вимог за допомогою альтернативних методів, таких як діаграми, прототипи, бізнес-процес;
• Проведення ревью вимог, щоб переконатися, що остаточні вимоги зрозуміли всім членам команди;
• Ведення (доповнення / оновлення / архівування) бази вимог;
• Аналіз бізнес-процесів та виявлення проблем (включаючи рекомендації щодо впровадження рішення);
• Визначення змісту проекту та пріоритетів вимог;
• Презентація продукту, включаючи внутрішні та зовнішні навчання користувачів;
• Надання ІТ-консультацій щодо подальшого розвитку продукту.

Основні вимоги:​

• Вища освіта у галузі економіки, фінансів, обліку;
• Досвід роботи в сфері бухгалтерського обліку/фінансів та корпоративної фінансової звітності не менше 2 років;
• Володіння теоретичними основами бізнес-аналізу та управління вимогами;
• Вміння та практика складання документації (вимоги, специфікації);
• Добрі комунікативні та презентаційні навички;
• Орієнтованість на деталі, аналітичність та допитливість;
• Здатність працювати як самостійно, так і в команді;
• Сильні навички тайм-менеджменту;
• Навички вирішення проблем;
• Рівень англійської не нижче середнього.

Буде перевагою:

• Знання платформи Odoo — технічна структура (моделі, поля, права доступу, домени). Стандартні апплікації Odoo (Продаж, Купівля, Бухгалтерія, CRM, POS, Інвентаризація, Виробництво тощо) і модулі Odoo;
• Досвід впровадження CRM та ERP систем;
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними стандартами фінансової звітності та формування методології обліку в компанії;
• Досвід представлення вимог за допомогою діаграм, прототипів, бізнес-процесів (BPMN, UML);
• Знання процесу бюджетування;
• Досвід роботи з регламентованим обліком.
