1C\BAS Functional consultant (Штат)

Project Description:

Support and consulting for users in Ukraine on 1C:Enterprise and BAS systems. Work with accounting systems covering financial, tax, HR, payroll, and management accounting.

Responsibilities:

- Consult users on working with 1C/BAS systems in the areas of financial, tax, HR, payroll, and management accounting.
- Collect, analyze, and formalize user business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify requirements for modifications to accounting systems.
- Analyze issues and errors, identify root causes, and prepare recommendations for their resolution.
- Describe functional requirements, prepare development tasks, and write technical specifications.
- Participate in the estimation and prioritization of tasks related to the development and support of accounting systems.
- Work with developers during the implementation of functional requirements, clarify specifications, and accept completed modifications.
- Participate in projects aimed at developing and improving accounting systems.
- Test implemented modifications.
- Organize and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare and maintain user documentation.
- Monitor task deadlines and status, and ensure the quality of delivered results.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience working with 1C:Enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of the following configurations:
  - “Payroll and HR Management for Ukraine”, version 2.1;
  - “Accounting for Ukraine”, version 2.1;
  - Business Automation Software for Accounting;
  - Business Automation Software for Payroll and HR Management.
- Knowledge of the subject areas: financial and tax accounting, HR accounting and payroll in Ukraine, as well as management accounting.
- Experience analyzing business processes and formalizing business requirements.
- Ability to independently analyze problems, identify solution options, and assess their impact on accounting processes.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Ability to understand user requests and propose the most appropriate solution.
- Experience working with user request/ticket management systems (Jira, ServiceDesk, 1C:ITIL, etc.).
- Experience working with developers and participating in the implementation of functional changes.

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 3+ years of experience with 1C:Enterprise.
- Knowledge of “Payroll and HR Management for Ukraine”, version 2.1, and “Accounting for Ukraine”, version 2.1, as well as BAS Accounting and BAS Payroll/HR.
- Knowledge of financial and tax accounting, HR accounting and payroll in Ukraine, and management accounting.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements.
- Experience preparing functional requirements and development tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users and the team.
- Experience working with user request/ticket management systems (Jira, ServiceDesk, 1C:ITIL, etc.).

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Experience with ERP/BAS systems (Business Automation Software).
- Basic knowledge of the 1C:Enterprise platform, configuration, and administration principles.
- Experience working with 1С/BAS integrations with external information systems and services.
- Ukrainian language.
- English — ability to read technical documentation.
