    We are looking for a UGC Creator to help us collect and transform patient stories into creative video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role is a perfect match if you know how to tell stories through video, keep up with trends, and have a sharp visual sense.

     

    What you'll be doing:

     

    • Collect UGC content: photos, videos, stories, and comments from patients (with permission for use)
    • Interview patients or coordinate with them to gather details, feedback, and before/after photos
    • Create video content: write scripts, shoot, edit, and record voiceovers (using CapCut or similar tools)
    • Adapt user stories into formats like testimonials, reactions, before/after comparisons
    • Suggest new formats for both video and text-based UGC
    • Publish content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts according to the content plan
    • Track performance metrics: engagement, views, replays, comments

       

    What we expect:

     

    • Experience in creating short-form videos (personal blog or commercial projects)
    • Ability to write simple scripts and shoot content with a UGC aesthetic
    • Confident use of mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
    • Understanding of how TikTok/Reels/Shorts work: trends, music, timing, hooks
    • English proficiency sufficient to create error-free content (B1+ or higher)
    • Strong communication skills for collecting content from people online
