Що потрібно робити:

• Налаштовувати та підтримувати вебаналітику в GA4, Google Tag Manager та інших аналітичних інструментах.
• Налаштовувати цілі, події, конверсії, аудиторії та користувацькі параметри для сайтів, лендингів і рекламних кампаній.
• Контролювати коректність передачі даних між сайтами, рекламними кабінетами, CRM та BI-системами.
• Створювати та підтримувати дашборди в Looker Studio / Google Sheets для marketing, sales та management-команд.
• Аналізувати конверсійні воронки та визначати точки втрат користувачів.
• Формувати рекомендації щодо покращення UX, структури сторінок, лідогенераційних форм і контенту на основі даних.

• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, especially traffic and post engagement campaigns
• MUST-HAVE: practical experience building funnels in ManyChat (Chatfuel or similar tools will also be considered)

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Launch, manage, and optimize traffic campaigns in Facebook Ads and Telegram Ads
• Build, configure, and maintain automated ManyChat / Chatfuel funnels for audience acquisition and conversion
• Create and optimize messenger-based conversion flows through Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct
• Design complete social funnels from scratch and continuously improve funnel CR and user flow stability
• Work with “white” traffic entry points (sports, memes, entertainment, news, viral pages, etc.) for further audience redirection
• Configure auto-replies, comment automation, DM sequences, lead capture flows, and audience warm-up scenarios

About the role
Icebreaker Agency is looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to work directly with the founders on growing the agency. This isn't a "post and pray" role — you'll be in the trenches testing new marketing hypotheses, experimenting across go-to-market (GTM) channels, and helping us find what actually works. We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who can manage not only advertising accounts, but the entire customer acquisition ecosystem: performance channels, CPA partners, analytics, funnels, budgets, team management, and achievement of business targets related to loan disbursements.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• 1+ years of experience working with push notifications / CRM within the iGaming, betting, or affiliate verticals.
• Experience with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and push delivery platforms (OneSignal, Push.Express, or similar.
• Strong understanding of retention mechanics and the user lifecycle (from Registration to FTD, Repeat Deposits, and Reactivation).
• Setting up trigger-based communications, automated flows, and push strategies (web, in-app, browser) for both user acquisition and retention.
