Requirements & Skills:

- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Requirements Manager

Profound knowledge of SDLC and STLC

- Extensive knowledge and experience both with Agile and Waterfall development models

- Deep knowledge of BABOK and its applications, deep understanding of BA Artifacts

- Good understanding of API and Client-Server Architecture

- Ability to manage requirements under the Requirements Lifecycle framework

- Experienced with WBS, UML and BPMN notations

- Experienced with Jira and knowledge management tools such as Confluence

- Experienced with Business Analysis Documents: Business Requirements Document, Functional Requirements Specification, Software Requirements Specification, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Cases / User Acceptance Tests, Definition of Done

- Experienced with estimation techniques

- Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and systematically

- Advanced knowledge of English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken

Key tasks:

- Collect, analyze, and elaborate on business requirements, transforming them into technical tasks during the discovery phase of the project

- Communicate directly with key stakeholders on business logic and product requirements

- Write detailed technical terms of reference (Technical Requirements and Logic Design) for designers, developers, and QA engineers

- Write detailed business requirements documentation (BRD) for the reference of external and internal shareholders

- Find and eliminate roadblocks and logic discrepancies during requirements elicitation and project commencement

- Elaborate on project estimation with internal and external stakeholders

- Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and propose most viable, cost- and time-efficient business solutions

- Produce UML and BPMN models and visualizations, creating Use Case and User Story diagrams, Swimlane diagrams, Decision Trees, etc.

Will be a plus:

- Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT Project Management / Economics / Accounting and Financial Reporting

- Understanding of the agriculture, financial reporting, compliance management, and standardization domains

- Professional certifications such as IIBA ECBA, OMG UML, OMG BPMN or equivalent

Project Description:
Join our team in developing a revolutionary tool for creating 3D products—like Figma but for 3D. Our product enables companies to easily create 3D assets for various platforms, including Apple VR, AR, Meta headsets, and more. We are looking for an experienced Babylon Developer to bring our ambitious ideas to life and ensure high quality and performance of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize 3D graphics and animations using Babylon.js.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create interactive 3D scenes.
• Implement and test new features.
• Ensure compatibility of the product across various VR/AR platforms.
• Maintain and optimize existing code.

Requirements:

• Experience with Babylon.js or similar 3D frameworks (Three.js, WebGL).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in developing interactive 3D scenes and animations.
• Understanding of graphics optimization principles for VR/AR.
• Proficiency with version control tools (Git).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Python Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

- Writing reliable, efficient, secure, and scalable code in Python

- Utilize frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI for backend development

- Integrate with RESTful APIs and other third-party services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new product solutions

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development

- Robust professional experience with Python

- Proficiency in working with REST APIs, Git, and unit tests

- Solid experience working with cloud environments, especially AWS

- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

- Experience with containerization tools (Docker)

- Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization)

- Experience working with task management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)

- Ability to write clean, effective, and scalable code, reflecting your commitment to quality

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and align your work with the team's objectives
