Ваш  майбутній функціонал:

•     Участь у розвитку системи управління даними (Data Governance) в Банку.

•     Відповідальність за встановлення та підтримку робочих методів і стандартів Data governance . Ця роль дозволяє Банку гармонізувати визначення та процеси Data governance в різних доменах та структурних підрозділах Банку.

•     Каталогізація, опис і класифікація даних у системі Collibra та забезпечення створення та підтримка Business Glossary, Data dictionary.

•     Створення та підтримка DG templates, handbooks, manuals.

•     Забезпечення якості, актуальності та повноти метаданих для ключових доменів Банку (domain standards).

•     Супроводження процесу визначення та модифікації data dictionary.

•     Підтримка ініціатив з Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Ownership та інших елементів Data Governance.

•     Супроводження інтеграції метаданих.

•     Взаємодія з бізнес-підрозділами, аналітиками, ІТ та data owner’ами щодо визначення і уточнення вимог до даних.

•     Документування бізнес-визначень, термінології, ролей і процесів роботи з даними.

•     Підготовка матеріалів для звітності, навчання та внутрішньої комунікації щодо теми Data Governance.

Наш кандидат має:

•     Досвід роботи в банківському секторі (бажано).

•     Вища освіта (економіка, фінанси, математика, ІТ або суміжні спеціальності).

•     Розуміння принципів Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management.

•     Досвід взаємодії з ІТ-фахівцями та аналітичними бізнес-командами.

•     Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей, вміння працювати з великою кількістю інформації, орієнтування в термінології Банку

•     Англійська на середньому рівні в усній та письмовій формі, якої буде достатньо для участі у групових проектах Банку та постійних комунікаціях з іноземними колегами.

•     Впевнене володіння Excel, бажано – навички роботи з SQL, Power BI чи іншими BI-інструментами.

•     Готовність навчатися та працювати в міжнародному середовищі.

•     Досвід участі у проектах з впровадження Data Governance або Data Management буде перевагою.

We are looking for a Strategic Analyst for their innovative AI Social Discovery product, who will identify business growth opportunities through the analysis of marketing, product, financial, and payment data. The analyst will work with cross-functional teams to increase product performance & optimize customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze & interpret large data sets related to marketing, product, financial, and payment data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth;
• Design and implement financial models that align with business objectives;
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions;
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, product performance, and marketing ROI;
• Conduct financial analysis, including budget tracking, profitability analysis, and cost-benefit assessments for marketing and product initiatives;

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Big4, IB, PE, VC, or other consulting & investment related positions;

• Financial modelling skills;

Responsibilities

• Project Description:

  Data Catalog program is an initiative to develop a centralized data management platform by bringing together all Group's data sources. The platform intends to contain suite of applications to manage different aspects around Data Governance specially:
  • Metadata Management across all applications with heavy focus building data catalog, identifying relationships across metadata, creating and managing tag hierarchies based on business context
  • Cloud based offerings to business and application users for accessing data catalog and associated data by creating unified Data Layer on top of all data sources. This will enable data consistency across and will serve an input to superior analytics helping drive business with meaningful insights
  • Promote self-service model for managing various aspects of data governance
  • Centralize risk management around data and improve regulatory data compliance requirements
  
  The platform has been built on leading edge technologies with the focus on developing potential machine learning and data mining capabilities.

   

• Responsibilities:

  Metadata Management
  • Lead onboarding of data providers onto the Data Highway platform
  • Manage the complete onboarding process (end to end) of data dictionaries and related datasets related to the assigned applications
  • Develop a subject matter expertise on the data dictionaries, datasets and relationships between different datasets for the assigned applications
  • Ensure the data quality of data dictionaries and underlying datasets for the assigned applications. This will include working actively with data providers in resolving any conflicts, issues pertaining to data dictionaries, datasets available on Data Highway for the assigned applications
  
  System Analysis
  • Develop deep functional knowledge on Data Highway suite of applications
  • Lead and drive the system improvements across the Data Highway's suite of applications
  • Develop detailed functional solution for the proposed enhancements and work with technology partners from implementation purposes
  • Develop detailed understanding of underlying data model for each of the above-mentioned applications
  • Work with UX/UI designers in case of any user interface-related requirements.
  • Develop and execute test cases pertaining to enhancements
  • Manage backlog of enhancements for the assigned module/sub-module within an application
  • Work diligently on resolving any production issues reported by business users
  • Coordinate with end users during UAT execution and work with development team to resolve any open issues in timely manner

  • Engage users at all levels i.e. data providers, business users, stake-holders
  • Conduct user trainings, demos on Data Highway suite of applications when required

  • Provide monthly updates to senior management team on the current state of their assigned applications, enhancements/improvements
  • Strive to make the overall process more efficient either by proposing any potential automations or building new capabilities within the Data Highway suite of applications

   

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or relevant 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in a technical BA position
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Practical experience in both reading and documenting functional requirements
  • Solid SQL knowledge.
  • Data modeling knowledge. Should be comfortable in understanding data model either via an ER diagram or reading through data dictionaries.

• Familiarity with statistical testing, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques

The Risk & AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Analyst is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s risk management and AML compliance programs. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, as well as ensuring compliance with AML regulations and guidelines.

We are currently looking for a Senior Systems/Business Analyst who can act as an internal proxy product owner for a scrum team in the ongoing development of a high-volume payment system.
 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop detailed system requirements for new functionality
• Create detailed system requirements, analyzing workflows, describing system models and business processes with stakeholders; compile and document system requirements in the form of use cases/user stories/diagrams and models
• Participate in the creation and clarification of business and stakeholder requirements supporting stakeholders
• Decompose system requirements into development tasks, set priorities, and control deadlines
• Describe APIs and protocols, and implement tasks with third-party services
• Collect information and solve problems, even without documentation

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in domains - Payment Systems,  Payment gateways/payment aggregators, Card or Crypto processors, Trading systems or Core Banking systems;
• Extensive experience in preparing high-quality system analysis artifacts - logical system architecture, flow diagrams (flowchart or/and BPMN or/and UML), sequence diagrams, user stories/use cases, GUI Mockup flows/wireframes, Data Models, Data dictionaries;
• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs and service oriented applications;
• Attention to detail is a must, high communication skills, abstract thinking, ability to identify non-obvious scenarios and “bottlenecks” in the proposed solution;
• A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of developing and implementing software products, practical experience working within the agile project management frameworks, namely - Scrum will be a big plus;
