We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI Agents. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge language models and agent-based systems that drive innovation and deliver value across products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases and domains
• Develop and implement prompt engineering techniques to enhance model capabilities and performance
• Create autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex tasks through language understanding and reasoning
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems that combine LLMs with external knowledge sources

Requirements

• Strong experience with transformer-based models and frameworks (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Practical experience fine-tuning, serving, and optimizing LLMs (e.g., GPT models, Llama, Claude, Mistral)
• Expertise in building multi-agent systems using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Expertise in NLP techniques including prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems (Pinecone, Weaviate, Faiss, etc.)
• Familiarity with model quantization, distillation, and other optimization techniques
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) 
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (such as CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar)
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for front-end applications.  
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of the CCTV front-end system.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Ensure the front-end application meets high standards of performance, usability, and reliability. 
•  Automate repetitive test cases using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility.
• Work closely with the development team to understand the architecture and design of the system.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, providing input on user stories and acceptance criteria.              
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and best practices.

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Work experience from 3 years.
• Proficient in English (B1 or higher).
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, specifically in front-end testing.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or similar.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity with CCTV systems or video surveillance technology is a plus
