General Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience on IT projects in a systems/business analyst role with a focus on backend development.
- Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and Admin Guides.
- Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use cases and scenarios, user stories, and state modeling.
- Experience in UML notation for modeling functional requirements (behavioral diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component).
- Understanding of and experience with data protocols, particularly REST over HTTP and SMPP, including API description (must).
- Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenance.Responsibilities:
