• Own product analytics: define and monitor key product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion) and connect them to real user behavior.

• Analyze A/B tests and experiments end-to-end, including:

At 90 days: The CEO feels like you are an extension of himself. Internal stakeholders engage with you directly. Minimal oversight needed.
