About the Role

We're looking for a 3D Designer with hands-on gamedev experience — not just 3D modeling/visualization. You'll own the character and avatar art pipeline end to end: from the base avatar body and blendshapes to modular outfit skins, purchasable clothing, and animation-ready assets. This is a role at the intersection of art and technology — everything you create goes straight into Unity on mobile.

What You'll Work On

• Base avatar body with dynamic blendshape-driven customization (body fat, muscle mass, shoulder width, chest, waist, hips, arm/leg thickness)
• Facial blendshapes for avatar mood states and health indicators
• Body blendshapes reflecting user's real body composition
• Avatar skins showing body transformation progress
• Outfit skin sets as separate wearable 3D assets (training, performance, casual, premium)

• Preparing characters for animation (rigging, skinning, weight painting)
• Preparing assets for asynchronous duel scenes
• Meeting mobile runtime budgets (draw calls, RAM per outfit, texture sizes, 30+ FPS)

Requirements

• 2+ years in game development (not just 3D modeling/visualization)
• Experience creating stylized character models for game engines / Unity
• Understanding of game-ready pipeline: topology, UV, materials, export, real-time optimization
• Hands-on experience with blendshapes / morph targets / shape keys for face and body
• Experience with rigging / skinning and preparing characters for animation
• Experience building modular characters: base body, skins, swappable textures, clothing, accessories
• Ability to adapt purchasable appearance elements (clothing, accessories) onto a custom base avatar
• Understanding how to build a character not as a single model, but as a system that can be extended with new skins, outfits, and parts

Ми шукаємо  3D / Mechanical Design Engineer

 для роботи над розробкою механічних пристроїв та  hardware-продуктів. Робота включає повний цикл: від концепту та прототипування до підготовки серійного виробництва.

 Локація: Київ

Формат: full-time 

 Обов’язки

-Розробка 3D моделей механічних вузлів і пристроїв

-Підготовка моделей до виробництва (DFM)

-Прототипування та тестування виробів

-Внесення змін у конструкцію з урахуванням технологічних обмежень

-Оптимізація собівартості та спрощення складання

-Взаємодія з підрядниками та виробництвом

-Інтеграція механіки з електронікою (сенсори, двигуни тощо)

 Вимоги

-Досвід розробки механічних пристроїв та електроніки від 3 років

-Розуміння принципів DFM (фрезерування, листове гнуття, термоформування, 3D-друк)

-Досвід підготовки продукту до серійного виробництва

-Практичний досвід роботи з 3D-друком і матеріалами

-Впевнене володіння 3D-принтерами (зокрема Bambu Lab)

-Впевнене володіння SolidWorks

-Досвід роботи з PDM-системами (буде плюсом)

-Досвід взаємодії з українськими підрядниками та прототипними цехами

-Навички ручного складання, налаштування та тестування

-Розуміння FEM/FEA, термо- та віброаналізу

-Досвід роботи в Agile/Scrum командах

-Базові навички електромеханічної інтеграції

 Буде плюсом

-Досвід R&D проєктів

-Робота з industrial дизайнерами

-Досвід запуску продуктів у серійне виробництво

✔ Уміє пояснювати складне просто, логічно та цікаво
✔ Мислить продуктом, а не просто виконує ТЗ
✔ Проявляє ініціативу та хоче створювати курс, яким пишатиметься

• Досвід роботи в Blender або інших інструментах для 3D-друку
