Delivery & execution
— Analyze payment experiments and changes (A/B tests, phased rollouts, pre/post analysis).
— Build reliable analytical datasets and marts using advanced SQL.

BI & self-service
— Lead Payments BI development in Tableau: dashboards, reporting layers, and definitions.
— Enable self-service analytics for product and payments stakeholders.
— Maintain data quality and trust in reporting.

Stakeholder partnership
— Work closely with Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations teams.
— Communicate complex findings in a simple, structured way — tailored to the audience.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python and Golang.
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate and work with APIs, data stores, and third-party services.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code assistants, testing tools, analysis tools) to improve delivery speed and quality.

• Support production systems and participate in troubleshooting when needed.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong expertise with Python and Golang .
• Experience building full-stack applications end-to-end.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a team environment with shared ownership.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily development (e.g., coding assistants, test generation, debugging, documentation support).
• Experience with AWS and GCP clouds.
• Experience with Kafka ecosystem & Redis, PostgreSQL.
