π― Mission of the Role
As Brand Manager, you are the primary owner of client accounts and the strategic lead responsible for brand performance across all major areas of Amazon management.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and a solid understanding of the Amazon ecosystem. You are responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating internal specialists, and ensuring that each account moves forward with clarity, consistency, and measurable progress.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts and is comfortable operating across PPC, SEO and content, creative, and catalog or operational workflows.
π§©Requirements
πΉ4 to 5 years of experience in Amazon account management, marketplace management,
or a related e-commerce role
πΉStrong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and the day-to-day realities of managing
Amazon brands
πΉ Familiarity with Amazon PPC, listing optimization, catalog management, account health,
and performance reporting
πΉ Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
πΉ Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
moving parts across accounts
πΉ Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and turn findings into practical
recommendations
πΉ Comfortable working cross-functionally with PPC, creative, SEO, and operations teams
πΉ Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail

π€ Responsibilities
πΉServe as the main point of contact for client accounts and build strong, trusted
relationships
πΉUnderstand each clientβs goals, challenges, brand positioning, and commercial priorities
πΉLead the onboarding process for new accounts, including communication setup, access
coordination, audits, and kickoff planning
πΉOversee account performance across PPC, SEO and content, creative, and catalog or
operations
πΉCoordinate internal team members including account managers, PPC specialists,
designers, and other specialists as needed
πΉTranslate account data, client goals, and internal findings into clear strategic priorities
πΉLead weekly client calls and maintain a strong communication cadence
πΉReview and approve account updates, recommendations, and action plans before they
are shared with clients
πΉMonitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency, catalog health, and
operational risks
πΉEnsure client accounts remain aligned with Amazon policies, platform best practices,
and Ensoβs standards
πΉIdentify growth opportunities, performance issues, and areas requiring cross-functional
action
πΉHelp maintain organized reporting, documentation, and account visibility across the
business
