We’re looking for an Account Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from Solidgate’s payments solutions. This role blends account management with business consulting: you’ll advise clients, identify growth opportunities, and support their strategic objectives.

• 2+ years of commercial experience in account management, business development, or sales in B2B products.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+) — you’ll be talking to global decision-makers daily.
• Proven sales mindset — able to identify expansion opportunities, drive upsells, and maximize account value.
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

About the Team and Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join Solidgate and help us move from reactive design delivery to a proactive, product-driven design approach.

This role exists to remove design bottlenecks in day-to-day product and UI work, strengthen product thinking within design, and actively shape how our products evolve — not just how they look.

You’ll work closely with Product Teams to improve existing solutions, validate design decisions, and drive meaningful improvements to complex fintech products.
 

What you’ll own

• Generate and propose ideas to improve product usability and efficiency (e.g. reducing steps, simplifying flows)
• Validate product design decisions through research, testing, and stakeholder feedback
• Design and evolve internal admin panels across 4 products with complex, information-heavy interfaces
• Contribute to and maintain Solidgate’s internal design system
• Design and optimize high-impact user-facing components such as payment forms and payment links, where every interaction affects conversion
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, clear, and well-implemented

You’re a great fit if you have

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer
• Strong product thinking: you focus on solving problems, not just delivering screens
• Experience designing complex interfaces, especially admin panels or internal tools
• Hands-on experience with hypothesis validation, prototyping, and user research
• Ability to independently identify problems and generate design tasks without waiting for detailed briefs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly defend your design decisions with arguments
• Openness to feedback and readiness to admit when a hypothesis or solution doesn’t work

About the Team and Role

This Technical Account Manager role is about more than technical onboarding — it’s about helping merchants grow with Solidgate from the very first pre-sales call to scaling their payment flows. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and operations, owning the technical side of merchant integrations and shaping how businesses across the world work with payments.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end technical onboarding of new merchants, from first integration to go-live
• Ongoing technical support for existing merchants across their lifecycle with Solidgate
• Support for the L1 Support team on technical and integration-related topics
• Participation in pre-sales calls, helping explain integration options and technical capabilities
• Merchant system integration with Solidgate: hosted payment pages, payment forms, Apple Pay / Google Pay, routing logic, and data flows

• Guidance on optimal payment setups to help merchants scale efficiently and reliably

You’ll join the Billing team and take ownership of the Taxes module — a core part of our billing system responsible for tax calculation and reporting across multiple locations.

The product has already moved beyond MVP and is actively used by customers. The foundational logic is in place, demand is high, and the next step is scaling functionality and reliability.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing a flexible compliance rule engine. You’ll help design a rule engine capable of supporting multiple regulatory frameworks while remaining flexible and easy to adapt as policies change. The system should also be able to detect when rule updates require re-evaluating previously approved merchants and trigger the appropriate compliance workflows.
• Building systems with full traceability. We operate on highly sensitive compliance data, where transparency and accountability are essential. You’ll build systems that provide end-to-end auditability, ensuring every action can be traced.
• Ensuring reliability of mission-critical services. The data produced by this platform powers multiple downstream systems, including financial settlement processes and banking integrations used to open MIDs for merchants. You’ll work on building services that are highly available, durable, and resilient, ensuring the reliability of critical business operations.
• Leveraging AI for smarter document processing. You’ll help introduce GenAI-powered capabilities to streamline document processing and verification flows, reducing manual work for compliance teams and significantly accelerating merchant onboarding.

• Build the Dispute module: collect data from payment systems and make it clear for clients
