Now, we’re looking for a Talent Researcher who treats sourcing as both an art form and a strategic challenge — someone ready to join the mission of finding and engaging top talent.

What you’ll own

— Hunting top talent using every sourcing method you know — and some you’ll invent

— Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to design bold, data-driven search strategies

— Building and maintaining pipelines of high-potential candidates across global markets

— Tracking sourcing metrics and transforming data into actionable insights

— Experimenting with tools and automations to push sourcing efficiency to the next level

— Crafting outreach that candidates can’t ignore — turning cold messages into real conversations

You’re a great fit if you have

— 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience

— Strong research skills and the ability to uncover hidden talent

— Analytical mindset and love for metrics, dashboards, and reports

About the Role
 

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for merchants and partners across the globe, delivering fast, thoughtful support when it matters most. They are the voice of our customers, working hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to enhance experiences and keep exceptional service at the core of everything we do.
 

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who takes ownership of customer issues, goes the extra mile to find solutions, and helps shape the way we support our customers every day.
 

Working with us, you’ll have:

• no repetitive or routine tasks;
• the opportunity to dive into the details of the payment world;
• experience with a complex B2B fintech product;
• the chance to become a strong professional in a challenging industry.

What you’ll be doing

• handling incoming L1 support requests;
• ensuring SLA compliance and timely communication;
• providing quick, clear, and professional feedback to clients;
• monitoring recurring questions and suggesting improvements for the knowledge base.
   

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either completed or underway;
• strong analytical skills;
• ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
   

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Previous experience in customer support.
   

Work schedule

• 3 evening shifts (15:30–00:00) — 2 days off;
• 3 morning shifts (07:30–16:00) — 2 days off;
• 3 night shifts (23:30–08:00) — 2 days off.

About the Team and Role

As a Junior Operational Analytics Specialist, you’ll work on Chargebackhit — technology that protects online businesses from fraud and chargebacks. The product is mature but runs with the energy of a startup: things evolve fast and decisions are made quickly.

This role puts you at the heart of product operations — connecting services, monitoring performance, and working with data that protects merchants in real time. It’s an ideal opportunity to kick-start your analytics career in fintech.
 

What you’ll own

— connecting, testing, and monitoring the operation of chargeback prevention services
— working with the database
— active interaction with other teams: Analytics, Sales, and Account Management
— processing analytical requests from our clients
 

You’re a great fit if you have

— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in analytics, programming, mathematics, or a related field
— Strong command of SQL and Excel
— Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
— Clear, structured communication skills
— English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
