Ми шукаємо Engineering Manager для компанії виробника рішень у сфері defense tech, який очолить команду інженерів, забезпечуючи успішну розробку продукту та ефективну комунікацію між усіма учасниками процесу.

Engineering Manager буде відповідати за управління R&D проєктами: від генерації та валідації ідей до запуску продукту та його підтримки у виробництві. Ваша роль охоплюватиме ключові сфери: технології, люди, продукт та процес.

Обов’язки:

Управління технологіями (Tech Management):

• Розуміння масштабу технічних рішень і пропозиція оптимальних варіантів.
• Системний дизайн, здатність відрізняти якісні рішення від неякісних та пояснювати їх бізнесу.
• Балансування між реалізацією нових фіч та зменшенням технічного боргу.

Управління командою (People Management):

• Побудова, реорганізація та розвиток команди (найм, наставництво, розвиток інженерів).
• Проведення 1:1 зустрічей, надання регулярного фідбеку, сприяння професійному зростанню команди.
• Мотивація команди, створення комфортної робочої атмосфери.
• Ефективна взаємодія з іншими командами.

Управління продуктом (Product Management):

• Взаємодія з Product Owner для визначення пріоритетів розвитку.
• Глибоке розуміння домену та прийняття рішень на основі даних.
• Формування беклогу відповідно до стратегії розвитку продукту.

Управління процесами (Process Management):

• Забезпечення ефективності робочих процесів (Agile, Scrum).
• Відстеження прогресу проєктів і контроль дедлайнів.
• Впровадження додаткових процесів навколо розробки (SDLC, QA, CI/CD) за потреби.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

• Технічна освіта - бажано у сфері авіоніки, електроніки, мехатроніки, радіоінженерії, або в інших суміжних напрямках.
• Досвід та знання у сфері розробки та проектування hardware продуктів.
• Досвід управління технічними командами, включно з розподілом завдань, плануванням ресурсів і моніторингом виконання.
• Розуміння проблем, які виникають у розробників на різних етапах створення продукту.
• Лідерські та організаторські здібності, здатність налагоджувати командну роботу.
