Ми в пошуку інженера з тестування та вимірювання електронних виробів в Defense tech компанію, який стане частиною технічної команди. На цій посаді ви зможете працювати з сучасними електронними друкованими платами, проводити точні вимірювання, аналізувати результати та впливати на якість кінцевого продукту. 

Обов’язки: 

• Проведення електричних вимірювань (напруга, струм, опір, частота, споживання потужності) модулів і систем на базі друкованих плат; 
• Вимірювання залежності  параметрів від температури; 
• Побудова тестових стендів та підготовка необхідного інструменту для вимірювань; 
• Документування результатів вимірювань, створення звітів і висновків; 
• Участь у пошуку дефектів та аналізі їх причин; 
• Співпраця з командами розробки та виробництва. 

Вимоги: 

• Досвід роботи з вимірювальним обладнанням (мультиметри, осцилографи, лабораторні БЖ); 
• Досвід  робіт  з паяльним обладнанням, у тому числі прецизійним; 
• Розуміння принципів роботи аналогових та цифрових електричних схем; 
• Досвід у проведенні температурних тестів та роботи з термодатчиками; 
• Вміння працювати з технічною документацією (схеми, даташити, BOM); 
• Уважність, системність, відповідальність, акуратність. 

Бажано (але не обов'язково): 

• Базові знання в області антен або радіочастотних ланцюгів; 
• Досвід високочастотних вимірювань (наприклад, S-параметри, затухання); 
• Навички роботи з векторними аналізаторами (VNA), аналізаторами спектру,  генераторами сигналів, мікрохвильовими стендами.

Ми шукаємо тест-інженера (Test Engineer), який буде займатися проєктуванням, виготовленням, вілідацією та підтримкою автоматизованих тестувальних систем (Automated Test Equipment).

Це практична роль, що охоплює весь життєвий цикл тестувального обладнання — від розробки концепту, проєктування й виготовлення до підтримки під час використання, покращення роботи та оновлення відповідно до змін тестованих пристроїв. Ідеальний кандидат комфортно працює зі спеціалізованими тестовими системами, створеними «з нуля», використовуючи вимірювальне обладнання, релейну комутацію та програмне забезпечення, не покладаючись виключно на готові комерційні рішення.
 

Основні завдання:

• Проєктування та виготовлення спеціалізованих тестувальних систем для функціонального та параметричного тестування окремих компонентів або готових виробів з використанням програмованих джерел живлення, вимірювачів потужності, цифрових мультиметрів, релейних матриць, пристроїв збору даних та іншого лабораторного вимірювального обладнання.
• Розробка, налагодження та підтримка тестових програм, що керують послідовністю роботи приладів, зчитуванням вимірювань та логікою тесту.
• Визначення, оптимізація та підтримка в актуальному стані лімітів параметричних тестів на основі специфікацій продукту та статистичного аналізу.
• Підтримка тестових систем у використанні: діагностика відмов, пошук причин несправностей та співпраця з інженерами з інших відділів для усунення проблем у роботі.
• Проведення профілактичного обслуговування та калібрування тестового обладнання.
• Моніторинг трендів тестових даних із використанням SPC‑методів, виявлення системних зсувів або деградації та ініціювання коригувальних дій.
• Ведення технічної документації щодо конфігурацій систем, електричних схем підключення та версій ПЗ.
• Співпраця з розробниками продуктів в рамках New Product Introduction (NPI): аналіз дизайну з точки зору тестопридатності (DFT), визначення тестових стратегій.
   

Необхідні знання та навички:

• Базові знання електроніки, електротехніки
• Базові паяння в т. ч. SMD, вправна робота з ручним інструментом.
• Знання вимірювального електронного обладнання: джерела живлення, цифрові мультиметри, осцилографи, вимірювачі потужності, релейні матриці, обладнання для збору даних.
• Впевнене володіння принаймні однією мовою програмування, що застосовується в тестовій автоматизації (наприклад, Python, LabVIEW, C# або подібні).
• Вміння читати та інтерпретувати електричні схеми, схеми друкованих плат, креслення та подібну технічну документацію.
• Розуміння технічної документації та увага до деталей.
