Program Manager

We are seeking a senior Program Manager to partner directly with the Engineering Leadership within our organization to drive operational change. This role is intended for a highly capable operator who can independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion with minimal guidance. You will operate as an extension of leadership — driving strategic programs, coordinating across engineering and business stakeholders, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring critical initiatives stay on track. The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with enough technical depth to work effectively with software and hardware engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has experience managing programs in engineering environments and is comfortable working closely with engineering leaders and technical teams. This person should be able to quickly absorb context, establish structure, drive execution, and proactively resolve issues in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive strategic cross-functional programs and projects

• Create clarity, timelines, accountability, and execution plans in ambiguous environments

• Drive accountability across teams while maintaining strong working relationships

• Manage competing priorities and rapidly adapt as organizational needs evolve

• Track risks, dependencies, and progress while ensuring successful delivery

• Operate as a trusted extension of the Chief of Staff

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of program management experience in technical organizations

• Strong technical fluency and experience working with engineering teams

• Proven ability to independently manage large initiatives end-to-end

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Self-starter with strong judgment and execution capability
