Ideal candidate
We need a full-stack engineer with a product-owner mindset, extreme velocity, and a high sense of agency. While the stack is TypeScript and Python, strong engineering fundamentals and a 'figure it out' mentality are far more important than specific language experience. Without evidence of high ownership and a bias for action (e.g., side projects, startup experience, key player in past roles), do not proceed. The culture is intense and built for those who want to be fully immersed. They expect new hires to ship to production on day one and have no code reviews to maximize speed. Role Description

This is a part-time, remote, contract role for a Freelance Paid Media Specialist. You will plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, supporting our clients' goals across multiple accounts. You will own campaign structure, targeting, budgets, and optimization, and collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to connect ad spend to real pipeline and revenue.

This is a largely async role. You will mostly work on your own schedule, so we want someone serious and capable who shows up reliably, manages their own work, and brings a strong point of view on what actually drives performance. We care about spend that ties back to pipeline and revenue, not campaigns optimized for clicks that never close.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, including search, display, and Performance Max.
• Own campaign structure, audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategy across several client accounts at once.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and HubSpot, so spend ties back to actual results.
• Manage budgets and pacing across accounts, and optimize continuously based on what the data is telling you.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing both paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta and LinkedIn)

This is a part-time, remote, contract role for a Freelance Web Developer. You will build and maintain client websites in Webflow and WordPress, including full site builds, service and industry pages, landing pages, case study templates, and CMS work, supporting our clients' goals across multiple accounts. We are looking for a junior backend VLSI engineer to join our Physical Design team.

This role is ideal for new graduates with strong academic foundations in digital design and VLSI who want to learn and execute a full RTL→GDSII implementation flow using Synopsys tools.

You will gain hands-on experience working on advanced semiconductor technologies, including nodes down to 7 nm, 5 nm, 3 nm, and 2 nm.

We design integrated circuits for consumer, medical and automotive markets. The majority of these designs are complex SoC/ASIC architectures that integrate IPs, such as ARM and RISC-V CPUs and peripherals, DSP cores, analog cells and other IPs with progressive technology nodes: 24, 10, 7,  3 nanometers.

Desired knowledge you may possess:

• Good understanding of digital/analog electronics and semiconductors physics
• FPGA placement and routing using EDA tools
• Experience with PCB design using such tools such as OrCAD, Altium Designer or similar
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Tcl, Python, Make
• Beginner’s level of English

Optional skills you may have:

• FPGA design using HDLs or schematics editor
• Embedded systems design using IDEs such as Keil, AtmelStudio, IAR
