Senior Web and Graphic Designer

We're a fast-growing American media company running a portfolio of email newsletters at scale – millions of subscribers, finance, health, and business verticals. We're building out our creative team and need a designer who can move fast, design for conversion, and work directly inside the tools we use.
 

What you'll do

• Design and build web pages, funnels, and opt-ins in ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar tools
• Set up and format newsletter websites directly in Beehiiv
• Create high-quality banners, headers, and graphics for web and email campaigns
• Ensure all pages are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
   

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in web design (not just static graphics or branding)
• Proven track record in creating landing pages, funnels, and conversion-oriented websites
• Proficiency in ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Webflow, or similar builders
• Solid understanding of layout, spacing, UX hierarchy, and conversion design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS – a plus, not a must
• Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects
• English level C1+ and strong communication skills
   

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing or performance-based design iteration
• Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, or affiliate campaigns
