    Job description

We are currently growing our design team with UX/UI Designer, mainly focused on SaaS products, willing to shape the products of tomorrow, as well as to keep growing their skills and expertise.

Preferably, you have at least 3+ years of experience as a U/UX designer and have worked in an agency, tech company, or freelancer. The role is less about branding or creating visually appealing static images, and more about bringing design clarity to complex business requirements.

    * Experience designing complex, multi-role systems: e.g., admin vs. end-user vs. manager workflows

    * Bonus: graphic design skills will be a bonus, but it’s not required. Understanding Business Analysis is also a good fit as well.

    What to expect

We value commitment, autonomy, honesty, and willingness to learn. In the end, it’s all about building great experiences for people. We’re modest, simple, and easygoing. Our clients are not flashy — but they make the world go round. If you get excited by building tech that changes people’s lives, you’ll thrive on Voit team.

    * Shape the future with us - We believe in challenging assumptions and defying expectations. In our diverse and inclusive team, your unique perspective and skills are not only welcome but vital.

    * Salary - We haven’t decided on the salary range due to this being a remote position. We offer a competitive salary based on your skills, expertise, and location.

    * Flexibility - We already operate in multiple time zones and have been doing it for years. We have standard 40-hour work weeks. While our agency working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm UA time, you’ll have the freedom to work flexible hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Just make sure the majority of your working hours fall within that time frame.

    * Remote work - We like to think about ourselves as remote-natives. One of the perks of our remote team is that we genuinely trust you to get your job done. You can work from anywhere you see fit, as long as you have a decent internet connection and are available during our agency's working hours.

    * Culture - We value collaboration, openness, a willingness to learn, and a curious nature. Our approach encourages mistakes as long as we are willing to learn from them, fostering a culture where growth comes from understanding and overcoming challenges. If you like to work in teams that value great work over loud voices, get in touch.

    Added Benefits

⏰ Fully remote position with flexible working hours.

🏝 15+ vacation days, national holidays, and sick leave.

    UX/UI Designer (AI Startup)

    Location: Remote, PST Time Zone

    Type: Full-time

    Role Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive experiences for our AI-driven merchandising platform. You will translate complex generative-AI capabilities into clear, user-friendly workflows that help brands design, test, and launch products faster.

In this role, you will own the design process end-to-end—from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff—working closely with Product, Engineering, and ML teams. Your focus will be on simplifying complexity, building scalable design systems, and continuously improving the experience through data, experimentation, and user feedback.

    Minimum Qualifications (Experience & Background)

    • 4+ years designing UX/UI for digital products (SaaS, AI-driven platforms, or data-heavy applications).
    • Proven experience delivering end-to-end design: discovery → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → handoff → post-launch iteration.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, usability, and measurable product impact.
    • Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping).
    • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and ML/data teams.
    • Understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and working inside Jira / Linear / Trello.
    • Ability to interpret product specs, APIs, and technical constraints.
    • Experience designing for AI workflows (human-in-the-loop, confidence states, explainability) is a strong plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communicator (design rationale, async documentation, stakeholder reviews).

    Core Responsibility Areas

    1) Product & User Experience Strategy

    • Translate product vision and research insights into intuitive user experiences.
    • Define user journeys, personas, and problem statements.
    • Balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
    • Advocate for usability, clarity, and accessibility across the product lifecycle.

    2) UX Design & Interaction Modeling

    • Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify complex AI-driven functionality.
    • Design for edge cases, empty states, model uncertainty, and error recovery.
    • Validate ideas quickly through low-fidelity concepts and usability testing.
    • Ensure logical information architecture and scalable interaction patterns.

    3) UI Design & Design System Ownership

    • Deliver polished, production-ready UI aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
    • Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns).
    • Ensure visual consistency across product surfaces.
    • Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation.

    4) AI/ML Experience Design

    • Design interfaces that communicate AI behavior clearly (confidence, traceability, explainability).
    • Create human-AI collaboration workflows (review, override, annotation, feedback loops).
    • Support dataset labeling and annotation UX where applicable.
    • Optimize for trust, transparency, and reduced cognitive load.

    5) Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product & Engineering to shape requirements early.
    • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Present design decisions backed by research and data.
    • Align with QA and GTM teams to ensure cohesive releases.

    • Support A/B testing and experimentation with clear hypotheses.
    • Measure UX success through usability metrics and behavioral analytics.
    •

    8) Documentation & Design Communication

    • Maintain clear design documentation and rationale in Notion / Confluence.
    • Produce specs, interaction guidelines, and annotated handoffs.
    • Ensure a single source of truth for UX patterns and decisions.
    • Contribute to onboarding and internal education on design standards.

    9) Quality & Implementation Support

    • Partner with developers during implementation to preserve UX integrity.
    • Review builds, validate edge cases, and ensure pixel accuracy.
    • Help define UX acceptance criteria within SDLC workflows.
    • Continuously refine based on QA and production feedback.

    10) Accessibility, Ethics & Responsible Design

    Data-Informed Design

    • Familiarity with analytics tools (behavior tracking, funnels, retention insights).
    • Ability to interpret metrics and translate them into UX improvements.
    • Experiment design and evaluation support.

    Technical Awareness

    • Understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React basics helpful).
    • Familiarity with APIs, structured data, and system-driven UI states.
    • Experience designing for scalable, componentized architectures.

    Design Systems & Accessibility

    • Token-based systems, responsive layouts, and cross-platform consistency.
    • Accessibility-first design thinking.
    • Localization and scalability considerations.

    Aptitudes & Behaviors Mindset

    Owner Mentality

🎮 Senior UX/UI Product Designer – iGaming Wizard Wanted!

Location: Anywhere with WiFi and good coffee ☕
    Level: Senior
Team Vibe: Cross-functional. Cross-platform. Occasionally cross-eyed after too many Figma frames.
Reporting to: Someone who appreciates a smooth user flow as much as you do.

    🎯 About the Role

Calling all design alchemists! We’re on the hunt for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer who can turn pixels into magic and friction into fluidity across our iGaming platforms. Whether it’s crafting slick casino interfaces, revamping onboarding flows, or dreaming up new ways to make players say “just one more spin,” you’ll be at the creative core of our digital experience.

You’ll combine artistry with analytics, and collaborate like a pro with product, dev, CRM, casino, marketing, and basically everyone except the office plant. (Unless you want to. We respect that.)

🧩 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

    💡 Design Smart, Design Beautiful

    ● Take charge of the UX/UI for casino, sportsbook, and other verticals, focusing on a mobile-first and player-centric approach.
    ● Design user journeys that feel seamless and intuitive.
    ● Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces that engage and convert.

🔍 Be Best Friends with Data

    ● Dive deep into GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and tell us why users rage-quit the registration form.
    ● Spot patterns, drops, heatmaps, and high-fives. A/B test and iterate like a mad scientist.
    ● Use real insights to craft real solutions (not just “design feels”).

    🚀 Lead the Innovation Charge

    ● Spy on (okay, "benchmark") the best in iGaming - you know the ones...
    ● Bring fresh, standout ideas: gamification, personalization, real-time rewards - you get it.
    ● Suggest intuitive features and design that players didn’t know they needed but now can’t live without.

    🤝 Collaborate Like a Legend

    Work closely with:
Product & IT PMs (they love roadmaps)
Frontend devs (they love handoff files that make sense)
Graphic designers (you’ll make beautiful music together)
Casino managers & CRM (because retention is 🔑)
Acquisition teams (help them hook players with awesome UX)

🧱 Build the System Behind the Magic

    ● Create and maintain slick, scalable design systems and component libraries (think Figma + sanity).
    ● Keep documentation crystal clear for devs, PMs, and the curious new intern.

    🧪 Test, Track, Tweak

    ● Define KPIs and track your design’s performance like it’s the final boss.
    ● Show the business how your designs boosted conversion, reduced bounce, and made players happier.
    ● Rinse and repeat: always be optimizing.

    🛠 Your Toolbox:

Design: Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch (we’re flexible, but Figma is the chosen one)
    Prototyping: InVision, Marvel, Principle
    Analytics: GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude
Teamwork: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, Notion

📈 You Know You’re Right for This If You:

    ● Have 5+ years in UX/UI, with at least 2 years in iGaming, eCommerce, or a high-traffic entertainment product.
    ● Speak fluent "user journey" and have the portfolio to prove it.
    ● Know the difference between a modal and a mood swing.
    ● Can wrangle stakeholders, devs, and product folks like a UX whisperer.
    ● Have a healthy obsession with the why behind the what.

    🏆 Perks of the Game:

    ● Autonomy, trust, and the freedom to do your best work.
    ● A team that values creativity and conversion rates.,
    ● The chance to leave your fingerprint on products used by millions of players.

Ready to level up? Hit "Apply" and show us what makes you the UX/UI unicorn we’ve been dreaming of.
✨ No cover letter required - just your portfolio, your passion and game-changer attitude!
